Sapphire nodded to Amethyst, flinching at the screams of the two people. Better than the alternative... "I was worried about this... let's hope nothing bad happens, one way or another." Sapphire felt weird, being feared instead of fearful.

Day -36,493 (Morning)/Guzore/20/Where: Castle Town (Past)/With: Della

Guzore cringed at Della's harsh description of Zeph. He thought for a moment about what to say.
Well... I'm a boy, and I'm not like that. So that means that not all boys are bad.
Guzore thought for a moment. What did it mean for a Goron to be a boy? Were there even female Gorons? Where did baby Gorons come from? He snapped back into reality and resumed the conversation at hand.
I don't know why Zeph acts the way he does. He might just be afraid, really. I was in the bathroom during one of my nightly newspaper reading sessions on Jakub's ship, and I heard Zeph banging on the wall next door and crying. He also saved my life back in Gregal's Mansion. Some poes showed up, and he did this weird hands coming out of the ground thing with his magic and defeated them.
Guzore smiled and put his hand on Della's shoulder.
I'm sure he'll come around eventually. You just gotta give it time.

"Well you're not bad. I'm not saying all boys are bad, just those two." She huffed, then looked away when Guzore put his hand on her shoulder. "I doubt he'll ever come around, no matter how much time I give him. He's a jerk." She sniffed.

Shia looked a bit alarmed. "I didn't mean anything like that!" Guzore turned around and went a different direction, and she took advantage of the distraction. "Hey, weren't we following him?"

Guzore could see that there was no changing Della's mind about Zeph, but he still wanted to make her feel better.
Well, no matter what Zeph does, I'll always be your friend, hohoho!!
Guzore hoped to lighten the mood with his laughter.

"Alright." She started rummaging through her bag. "He did give me a potion awhile back, which I guess was generous... I don't know what he was trying to do but he can't bribe me." she huffed. "Still... This potion is probably better than anything I could ever make."

"Hey, I barely know his name. But I still think you're right about the not getting lost..." He looked down at his hook. "What? Oh."
That's right, the boar incident. He and Zeph were out in the field and a boar attacked them.
He looked back up at Shia. "...not getting lost."

"You'd be surprised, this is probably a good day for my hair." Zeph said. "Heh yeah right." Cassie said in response. "Hey, you know, once we find somewhere more... long-term, I can enchant those for you- if you want. If I'd remembered back in Mira, I could of done it then. I'm-" Zeph suddenly stopped mid sentence as he looked up. Cassie decided to look up as well only to see a falling Ravoo coming from the trees. He was actually right above her. Cassie didn't have the best reflexes and she didn't know if she would even be able to move out of the way quick enough. Cassie began to roll to the side when all of a sudden a certain force had pulled her backwards. She had a mini heart attack as she was thrown back and landed right into Zeph's as Ravoo fell hard on the ground. Cassie sat there motionless as she thought about what just happened. The sudden motion was almost identical to the one from her dream. Being jerked back by an unidentified force. Pretty terrifying. However unlike her dream she wasn't encased in an area of darkness and she wasn't alone. Speaking of not being alone. "Hey, are you okay?" She heard Zeph say. Her face had turned bright ruby red and she could feel it. Zeph let go of her as she landed back on the ground. "Sorry, bit of a rough landing there." He said with a smile on his face. She must have looked pretty surprised after that. "Yeah I'm fine...That was uh...kind of weird... but whatever." Cassie felt like she was being kind of awkward. She didn't want to be awkward though so she tried to change the subject. "Hey is Ravoo okay?" She said trying to get rid of the red from her face.

Shia whirled around at the crashing sound. Ravoo was on the ground, and Zeph was... Hugging Cassie? She felt like she shouldn't be seeing this, so she looked away. Words suddenly came into her mind and out of her mouth. "What do you remember of me, Ferondir?" What if he doesn't know anything but my name?

Guzore took his hand off of Della's shoulder and gave her a thumbs up.
Hey, I'm sure you'll get better at making potions with time.
He stretched his arms and yawned, looking at the sky.
Nobody starts out good at something. It takes time and practice.
A red loftwing flew over them. Loftwings weren't as common in the present day, but there appeared to be plenty around in the past. Guzore looked back at Della. She still seemed somewhat upset.
