harper smirked playfully. "if you are." he told her, locking his car. he ran into the water, waiting for brook.

broom smirked, following him down to the water. "you're on pretty boy. she said, semi jokingly. as brook entered the ocean for the second time today, she held eye contact with brook. brook quickly splashed the water up on harper's bare chest, grinning at him.

harper laughed, and plashed her back. after he splashed her, he picked her up again. he kissed his hand, then put it on her cheek. he threw her back into the water, waiting for her to come back up.

brook felt her face redden again. even if his lips hadn't actually her cheek, she still found the gesture cute, and was blushing furiously. as harper threw her back into the water, she lifted her head up, trying not to freak out over the way he was holding her. brook surprised herself at the fact she let harper have physical contact with her. she usually wasn't one for physical interaction, but harper was different. it was nice to have, and she felt safe around him.

harper blushed, and pulled her back up. he smiled at her lovingly, and kissed her. he couldn't help it, he really liked her.

brook felt her face heat up rapidly as he kissed her, although brook made no effort to pull away. after a few moments though, she did pull away so she could speak, or at least try. "h-har-harper.. she stuttered, trying to find the right words to say. did this mean he liked her?

harper smiled widely at her. he couldn't speak. he wondered if that was the right move. he just looked into brooks beautiful brown eyes. "yes, brookie?"

at this point, brook was feeling extremely flustered. how could he act so calm? he just kissed her. kissed her. i-i uh, w-w-well.. she tried to get her words out, but she was too flustered to protest. instead of trying to say words, she simple hugged him, wrapping her arms around his torso.

harper hugged her tightly, still shocked. he just kissed her. "I really like you, brookie." he whispered to her, refusing to pull away.

brook felt her heart beat speed up, confident her face was now red. "really? already? damn i'm good." she said, feeling another burst of confidence. "i suppose it's a good thing i like you too." she smiled, her head resting on his chest.
