Madison nodded at the question, finding it a bit odd, though she then assumed that he had sensed there was something wrong. "Of course. And you can too," she reassured him, turning towards him for a moment before facing the road. They sure didn't need another car accident. She sighed slightly, a light smile touching her lips. "Yeah, I really could," she admitted with ease, though she acted more casual about it than anything else.

Zayden, after searching every room and crevice in the building, had decided to go check on Carter. She wasn't in there, that was for sure. He walked outside, glancing around before finding Blake wandering around and catching up with him. "Hey," he greeted. "Any luck? She's definitely not in there," he said, nodding back towards the building he had just exited.

Norman laughed. "Yeah...who could sleep when you're being pumped with morphine every couple'a hours!" He chuckled and smirked. "That's it, isn't it? Insomnia?" He asked quietly, looking at the road again. "Insomnia attacks gettin' to ya? Well," he shifted around in his seat again. "If they get too bad, you could always come get me. Yeah, we can go do somethin' together." He smiled at Madison. "No matter what time of the night. 8:00, 7:00, even 2:00 in the morning, I'm up for anything!" Jayden glanced over at her before looking at the window. He really cared for her. It was true, she was really sweet and nice...and adorable. Ah, those brown eyes...

Carter sighed again as Zayden approached, hearing him talk, and nodded a small greeting. "No. Nothing." he answered with a frown. "I've checked through some of the cars around here, seeing if she was hiding. I've checked the roof, the bushes, even under some of the cars! Nothing," he shook his head, pulling out his keys, "I'm afraid she's left." He sighed again, maybe cussing under his breath, "Wanna go check around town?" he asked, tilting his head in Hendrix's direction.

Madison shrugged her shoulders. "I guess you could say that," she said, arriving at the hotel Jayden stayed at. "I mean, it's always kind of there, but it's gotten worse lately. But it should, you know, die back down." she said hopefully, unbuckling herself as they parked. She looked over at him, smiling brightly. "Thank you, Norman. I appreciate that. Really, I do." she said. She leaned over and pecked him on the lips before exiting the car.

Zayden nodded as he talked. He expected that, though he didn't say that in fear of making him more agitated. "Sounds good. She has to live around here somewhere." he said. "Maybe we should ask people to be looking out for her. We can't say why, but.." he shrugged. "That may be the only way." he said.

Norman smiled as she kissed him, blushing and getting out of the car. His smile soon dropped as he remembered that the elevator was broken. He gave Madison a sheepish grin before starting out on the stairs. Norman smiled on the way up, opening his mouth to speak, but wasn't quite sure what to say. "You're welcome," or maybe a "no problem," would have been fine, but no words came out as they made their way up to his room. When they reached his floor and was about to stop at his room, Norman quietly said, "You're welcome," before kissing her gently again.

Blake nodded, silently cussing at himself in his head. Why should he? It wasn't is stuff that got stolen! But...it was Federal property, and if it didn't get found and it turns up getting stolen, and his name is attached to it, especially since it was in his unit, he would more than likely get fired. And if he got fired, he would never again get to work as a cop in this town, or any town, or the state of Pennsylvania for that matter. Or any where in the United States! He quickly swallowed his pride and ducked back into the building to tell Ash to be on the look out for a red headed girl with a pair of sunglasses.

Madison followed him up the stairs silently, using the rail so that she didn't fall or anything. That would be embarrassing. She hesitated when he suddenly stopped in front of his room, about to ask him if he was okay, when he muttered a 'no problem' and kissed her. She smiled into the kiss and kissed him back sweetly, closing her eyes.

Zayden waited until Blake came back out, holding up his keys. "My cars parked really close. Do you want to take mine?" he asked. "We should probably drive into the city and then start on foot." he suggested, crossing his arms and looking around. He glanced up at the darkening sky. It would probably storm later..and probably right on them, with their luck.

Norman smiled when she smiled, leaning into the kiss. He chuckled and wrapped his hands around hers, continuing to kiss her when his phone rang, making him jump about three feet off the ground. He frowned. "What?" He hissed as he brought out his phone, only to read the I.D, and grimace more. "Hello, Blake. What do ya want?"

"Hey, Jayden. We're going into town to search for her." Carter sounded like he was laughing.

"Oh. Uh, that's great! I hope ya find her. Bring me back that thing." he announced with fake enthusiasm. Honestly, right now, he didn't care if they find her or not.

" Alright. Just wanted to touch bases with you,"

"Awesome! Good luck. "

"Is...everything alright, Jayden?"

"Yeah, yeah, of course." the agent continued as he ran a hand through his hair. "I'm just...stressed. And you know what the doctors say about that," he chuckled.

"Right. " Blake laughed to. "Talk to you later, bye."

"Bye, Blake." He sighed as he hung up. " I hope they do find it..." he mumbled, walking back over to his hotel door. "She wasn't at the station," Jayden replied sadly back to Madison as he approached. "Stress, stress, stressful, stress..."

Carter stared at his phone as he hung up. "Yeah. He said it was fine. Well, he actually said it was 'awesome'..." He nodded and rose an eyebrow. "Let's go in your car since it's closer." he told Hendrix as he made his way, wandering around the parking lot. "Where is it?" He asked, although he feared it may have come out as more of a yell.

Madison jumped when the ringtone belonging to Norman's cell phone went off as well, and she stepped back slightly as to give him more space. She frowned when the conversation was over. "Well, she couldn't have gotten far on foot..she has to be in the city somewhere." she said. She put a hand on Norman's back. "Don't worry. You guys will find it." she reassured him.

Zayden resisted the urge to laugh at Norman's odd word choice, instead not commenting on it. He jumped slightly when Carter spoke loudly(or shouted, really,) about where his car was. "It's right over here," he said, pressing the button on his keys to unlock the dirty, blue car. He approached the vehicle and got into the driver's seat, starting it up.

"I hope so..." Norman commented as he dug around in his pocket for his hotel room key. He slid it in the door, hearing a click and a small beep as the lock turned green. He smiled as he stepped in, motioning for Maddy to come in with a smile. Warm sheets and a smell of fresh laundry greeted him. He smiled. "I love comin' home to a freshly cleaned room, don't you?" He asked as he stared at his newly polished bed. "The FBI always has to spring for the best," he said as he flopped on the bed, starting to untie his tie. "they spoil me!" He tossed his tie aside, onto the floor, no doubt, and laid up, staring at the ceiling with a smile.

"Great. Thanks!" Carter shouted as he rushed over to the car, climbing into the passenger seat and buckling up. "Come on! She has to be around here somewhere!" He shouted again, half sighing. "Where could she be? Why would she do this? Unless she's working with a partner." But for the life of Carter Blake, he would not admit that Norman was right. Never in a million years! He would rather quit his job.

Madison followed him inside, her hands behind her back as she took in the scenery. It was just a normal hotel, obviously, but to her it felt so different because it wasn't any ordinary hotel room. It was Norman's hotel room. She breathed in the scent of what smelled like laundry detergent. She laughed slightly at him, shaking her head. She sat on the edge of the bed next to him, stroking his hair. "You should take a nap," she suggested, yawning. She then laughed. "Maybe I should too." she said jokingly.

Zayden began to drive down the road. "It's actually very likely that she's working with a partner," he confirmed, shrugging. "I mean, it makes no sense that she'd give us her name and everything if she was the criminal. Not to mention make it so obvious that she stole the glasses and is placing the origami." he noted. "But, well, maybe she's just not very smart. Who knows." he said, watching as buildings passed by.

Norman felt a smile creep up on his face as he felt Madison play with his hair. "Yeah...ya think so?" he laughed, "I am pretty tired." he added with a stretch, looking up at her. "Ya know...have I ever told you I have a thing for brown eyes?" Jayden asked with a wink. He, then, patted the place next to him and suggested she lay down with him. "You could if you wanted. You could take the bed and I could take the floor?" he asked, turning around on his side and smiling. "We also should take showers. Wash the day off of us. You can go first."

Carter placed his arm on the rest next to the window. "Yeah. Of what we know of her, she seems naive. But it could all be an act. For all we know she could be a psychopathic murderer!" he suggested, shaking his head. "Either she really is not that smart, or she should get an Oscar!" He grumbled some more under her breath and sighed, looking out the window. He was so used to being the one driving and not being the one driven. "Has Norman said anything to you about her?" he hinted, eyeing Zayden.
