The redhead shook her head a couple times. Blinking and twitching her ears, flicking her semi fluffy tail back and forth. Also, if one looked closely, they’d see her tail hair had a bit or a curl or wave to it. Anyhow, she looked at the other and said “Sorry…it’s just, Daisha got in my lap and started purring.”

Omg I’m so sorry, I started my new job at Starbucks and training and first full week of morning shifts have been crazy, and this week is no easy one either 👻😩)

“It’s ok.” The white haired girl replied with a smile. “I use to have a cat that would do the same thing whenever I would turn a movie on.” She chuckled softly before stretching from her spot on the other couch

The redhead nodded at the other girl. She perked up at the mention of the wolf girl having had a cat. She would have thought she’d have a dog, but this made Jeshii feel a bit more connected with her. She asked “Was your cat a boy or a girl?”

She looked over to the girl, her ears flickered while she went off in thought abit. “Girl. Her name was Luna.” She replied with a smile. “She was a great cat. A Maine coon, with black fur with tuffs or speckles of white dusted throughout her coat.”

The redhead twitched her ears a couple times. She flicked her stripy, white tipped and semi fluffy furred red tail a moment. She then smiled and nodded at the other girl, saying “She sounds like she was beautiful. Luna is a great name.. and she must have been a great cat.”

She smiled as she looked at the other girl. “Daisha looks to be a best one for you as well.” She said with a soft chuckle. Her blue eyes sparkled abit from a flash of streeet light that ever so lightly peeked in through the closed curtains. “Cats always know how to find their person, no matter who they are.”

The redhead hummed and smiled as she looked down at the cat. The cat sprawled out across her legs, and rolled over. Now Daisha was lying on her back on the girl’s legs. She giggled a bit at the cat, then nodded at Kiya and said “Yup, she definitely is. I’m glad she likes me so so much. Being her person is great.”

The wolf girl smiled with a soft chuckle as she watched the two. “That she is, and that she did.” She sipped her drink while moving to sit cross legged on the other couch, her ears perked forward.
