Tessa placed her hands on the table and hoisted herself into a standing position as Lucien re-entered the room carrying the large box. "A flat screen? Is that a flat screen?" she asked with a grin. "Lucien, you're awesome," she stated with an appreciative grin. "Where are you gonna put it?"

"Yes, that's what the woman at the store called it. She said it was one of the best, so I bought it." he said simply as he set the box down with a huff, straightening his back as he pressed his palms against it, the bones popping a bit. "Yes, because Princess Lucien can't have anything but the best." Vicente teased quietly, a smirk flitting across the Vampire's lips. Lucien gave a glare before decided to ignore the Vampire. He flicked his brown gaze to Tessa. "I don't know. I'll clear a spot in the living-room." he said with a shrug, leaning against the wall and folding his arms across his chest.

Tessa suppressed a grin at the mention of "Princess Lucien", slightly amused at how true that statement actually was. "I wanna be the one to hook it up. Can I?" She felt about as eager as a child asking to be the one to put the star on the Christmas tree, but tried her best to mask it and cover it with a facade of calm. Her foggy blue eyes waited expectantly for the "yes" that she hoped would follow her request.

Lucien gave a shrug. "Go for it." Lucien said, going into the living room and plopping down in the chair with a sigh. He watched Tessa and Vicente, his expression quiet as his brown eyes flicked over them. Honestly, he was actually a bit surprised that Tessa hadn't taken the chance to flee whenever he had taken down Artyom. Maybe she would leave whenever her injuries healed. But part of Lucien didn't want her to leave. Part of him wanted to pull her close and make sure nothing would hurt her. But, what would he know? He's just a heartless assassin. He huffed a sigh, shaking his head to clear out the absurd thoughts that were flooding through his mind at the moment.

Tessa grinned, murmuring her thanks as Lucien walked out of the room. Her eyes roamed over the TV box, completely oblivious to Lucien's gaze resting on her as she turned to smile at Vicente. "Now I can show you all the awesome stuff you missed in the past 15 years of no movies. We're starting with Lord of the Rings." She gave a resolute nod, her firm expression daring Vicente to try to question her quest to show him movies.

"If Lucien bought d.v.d's to accompany that t.v, that is. Maybe he didn't." Vicente chuckled, smiling. "Actually, I did. I bought a few from the books I've read." Lucien chuckled smugly, and Vicente rolled his crimson eyes, giving a huff. Lucien folded his legs as he sat in the living room chair, his eyes flicking to the fire-place, giving a soft sigh. He knew he certainly wouldn't be wasting his time staring at a television screen! Bah!

[...I have now made it my goal to get Tessa to make Lucien stare at the TV screen. x3]

Tessa grinned at Lucien and Vicente's antics before sitting herself back down to finish her cake. Life with these two assassins never seemed to laspe into dullness. Perhaps that's why she enjoyed living at the Fort so much. She brought the dirty dishes to the sink when she was done and then turned to look at the two. "I'm gonna go for a walk," she declared suddenly.

The two Assassins looked to her. "Alone?" they asked in unison, only to glare at eachother for doing so. "I can accompany you, if you'd like." Vicente offered, his crimson eyes flicking to her as he flashed a smile, his fangs glinting in the light of the living room. Lucien gave a snort, sitting up. "I can come, too." he offered, giving a smug grin at Vicente, who huffed a sigh.

((The jealousy had begun. XD And good luck with that! XP ))

Tessa crossed her arms with a frown, dishing out a bit of sarcasm for the occasion. "Yeah? Sounds good. Let's bring the whole army brigade while we're at it," she retorted, arching an eyebrow at the two. "I'll be fine. You heard Ungolim yourselves. No one's after me anymore." She let out an annoyed huff, insulted that Lucien and Vicente wanted to come as bodyguards, or so she assumed. "In the unlikely event that I trip and impale myself on my own crutch, I'll be sure to give you a shout," she mumbled as she began walking towards the hallway enterance.

Lucien gave a sigh. "At least take Vicente's phone. My number's programmed in there, if you get lost or something. We all know he's not planning on using it soon." Lucien insisted, ignoring the glare Vicente sent him as he plucked the Iphone off of the counter, walking forward and holding it out for Tessa. "Though I'd be happier if I could come along." he grumbled stubbornly, his brown eyes meeting her foggy blue gaze.
