[Queen of Spades]

((Phew, sorry. I was at my sister's for a week to go to the Renaissance Festival. I thought I would be replying more, but we went shopping nearly every day and we played Mario and Mario Karts like mad, so I had no time. And we played a game of Dungeons and Dragons.))

Yvette nodded lightly when Daisuke asked if she was ready. "Yes. I am." She said, standing. She looked at Chris and smiled. "Thank you for your hospitality." She told him, then went to Daisuke. She wasn't fond of the idea that now they were suddenly supposed to hunt down someone. She hoped it would be a peaceful day out.

Juliet walked inside, then shrugged. "Anything. When we were outside, we just talked about whatever came to mind. Can't we do that again?" She questioned softly. She headed towards the bed, and sat down on the edge, folding her hands in her lap, twiddling her thumbs slightly.

"Good. Because I'd be naming them anyway, even if you didn't agree." Anya said with a sly grin. "Hm, too bad more guys couldn't be like you. I mean... You have like... A humble servant mode that I think every girl wants in their guy at some point."

Voltaire had roused from his sleep on Francesca, and had gone into the bathroom to splash some water on his face. He sighed, looking at his facial features. Normally, there would be wrinkles spread out on his features. However, there was a slight problem that was called vampirism. He was now never-aging. He shook his head, and went back out, beckoning for the red head to follow. He went down to the living room, where he saw some of his clan members and the girl Nuke had taken a liking to. He walked inside, and sat down across them. "Good morning." He told them softly. "Fran, go ahead and sit." He told his servant, who sat right next to him. "I left Ezekial in the room, but I locked the door so no one could tamper with him. I couldn't bear looking at him any longer. Not when every glance brought me to tears."

Nuke waved his hand showing he don't mind it "Eh, I wouldn't even have any ideas for names. You are from ?Russia so I am sure you would find some amazing names" he said and took his hand. He tilted his head gently "Servant mode? I think it's just thanks to feelings. If you love someone eyou want to make them be happy, right? I can be your servany if you want" he chuckled quietly.

Miko noded lightly "I understand dad, I won't ask about it anymore. I guess it's hard to understand your power completly co... Yeah, I won't ask" she got up from his bed and smiled happily walking after him out of his room "Ok, wait for me. I will come back quickly" she said and ran to her room to take a coat. She looked out the window, she didn't like the winter too much but she didn't mind it now as she was going on a walk with her father.

Kara was standing in the living room near the couch waiting for Mana and Kouji, soon she saw both of them and smiled at them. She quickly made a step back seeing Kouji had problems with stopping, she didn't want to kill butterfly. She looked curiously at Mana, so she could talk. So why she was writing in notebook? Eh, that's not her business. She noded at Kouji "Sure but not there. He may fly away. Maybe we should go to your room?" she asked.

Kyo said, 'daniel, I'm glad you like it here. You know.. Let's just go to everyone seperately and meet them, I think that's a better idea. Shall we go to Tetsu first? He msut be in his room, not?' He looked at Cameryn, asking her the question more than asking it to Daniel.

Tetsu walked down the stairs. He knew that Miko would get to the living room eventually and he knew as well that he would need to meet someone else here first. He sat down on the couch and waited, like he usually id when he knew something had to happen at a certain time.

Kouji nodded and said, 'okay, let's go to my room!' He bounced up and quickly ran away. Mana lifted her skirt slightly and then ran after him and grabbed his arm. She whispered ot him once more and Kouji siad, 'oh, yeah, sorry! I'll wait so we don't hurt the butterfly! I'm just so happy!' Mana laughed very quietly.

'Oh, you mean earlier today?' Kamijo said, 'yeah... Well, that was just this mortal body talking to you, not the real me. The real me prefers to talk about... Your soul. Your past... Your body?' He sat down next to her and looked at her. You could feel the magic aura around his body like a veil of invisible darkness. 'I would like to know more about you, Juliet, you darkest secrets, perhaps?'

Chris nodded and said, 'well, 'Daisuke, we shall keep in contact this time.' Daisuke nodded and then walked out of the house. As Chris closed the door behind them, he took a deep breathe and sighed. 'That went better than expected...' He said, 'though... I now have a mission again even after I swore to myself never to get involved wioth this buisiness again. I'm sorry to drag you into this, Yve. You don't have to come along but this is a mission I wnat to take because I want to take revenge for my best friend.'

"We've already talked about my past." Juliet said simply. "I don't have any dark secrets anymore. I basically spilled my guts outside." She said, shaking her head a bit. Granted, she knew she hadn't, but he didn't need to know that. "And I'm uncomfortable with talking about my body."

"No, I'll come with. I won't get involved, though, unless you need backup. Oh, and I guess if you get hurt it would be nice to have someone there." Yvette said with a small smile. "As I said, I'm not useless without a sword. I'm made for war, so I can still hold my own. But that means you owe me one, if I do help." She added, knowing that at least one IOU in reserve could help tremendously at some point.

"Actually, a lot of names I really like aren't Russian. I really like Leila, that's not Russian." Anya told him. "That's right. I have you whipped without even trying." She smirked, then poked him in the chest. "Now, say hi to your uncle. He didn't come over to just gawk. Sir, you have trained this boy well, you have my respect." She turned from Nuke to Voltaire, grinning to the latter, who chuckled softly. "It wasn't all me. His father played some parts in teaching him to be a gentleman. Though the charm was mine." Voltaire said, then looked over at Nuke with a small smile.

Miko quickly dressed up for a winter weather and walked down the stairs, she looked around as she reached living room and saw her dad sitting on the couch. she walked to him and sat down next to him "Are you waiting for something dad? Did you saw something?" she asked curiously.

Kara followed them with a smile, she was running slowly to not kill butterfly and soon she was next to Mana "I can't wait to see Kouji room, I was never there" she said and looked at the door where Kouji went it "Have you ever been in his room? Oh, I guess you were" she stopped and let Mana walk in first.

"Really, I didn't know about it. Well, anyway you will choose names, I don't have anything about it" Nuke said happily and put hand on his chest when she poked him, he looked up and saw Voltaire "Hi uncle, good to see you again. I was worried about you" he said with a smile.Then he chuckled at his words "That's true, I am spending so much time with you I caught some of your charm"

Mana walked into Kouji's room and sat down on the big bed. Kouji sat down on the ground in between all kinds of dolls. Some where very beautiful, others were downright ugly and had their hair torn out or something like that. There were plushies on his desk and in his bed and the only light came from a big chandelier with electrical chandles. There were three guitars hanging from the wall, next to a grotesque wardrobe and there was a big jar with at least ten butterflies and some plants in it, stanmding on a table, ext to a suitcase which was black and locked. The walls were black and the groudn and ceiling a dark red, just like the curtains around the bed.

Tetsu said, 'it could be that someone wants to see me soon, but... Since you were first, I guess we'll jsut go outside and make them wait. There's also the possiblity that they'll see me from out of the window if we leave now. I only hope the snow won't get too thick. I wouldn't want to get Yu~Ki worried.' Tetsu stood up and looked outside with a slight frown.

'Why?' Kamijo asked, 'is there something wrong with your body? Or is it becuase I am a guy? Or because I'm not human, hmm?' He then pushed her down onto the bed roughly. 'Tell me, girl.' He demanded.

Daisuke nodded and said, 'well, I'll review the files as I get home aqnd I'll see what I need to do... Anyway... Would you like to go back straight away or would you like to walk around town a little longer?' He sat down on his motor cycle nad looked at her with a soft smile.

Cameryn paused as she thought of where Tetsu would be. "Actually I think I saw him walk to theliving room, I'm not positive though." She said with a slight shrug. She smiled faintly though. She too was glad Daniel liked the castle. She gently squeezed the little boys hand.

Daniel looked up at the two adults as they talked. He stayed quiet. He wanted to know who this Tetsu was. Actually he wanted to meet everyone and he wanted them all to like him. He was excited and nervous at the same time.
