The pretty golden haired girl flipped back her long slightly waved hair. She glanced around a moment, her eyes catching sight of Caelan…She knew who he was because of who his father was. The fact he kind of looked Iike Yugi had always startled her, though. Shaking her head, she stared at him a moment…She then turned her attention away from him. She saw her best friend Raiyuu, the son of Yugi Moto. Yugi and Joey were best friends, so it stood to reason their kids would be too. She smiled as she waved to the boy. She called out “Raiyuu!” and hurried to reach him, seeing him smile brightly. She giggled quietly a bit, as he looked at her. He reached out his arms to hug her, so she stepped closer and the two hugged, then she stepped back.

Raiyuu
The boy hummed and looked around for a moment. He stared as he saw the one boy he’d like to be rivals with… Caelan was the son of Kaiba, but…Raiyuu also knew Kira wanted to be his rival. Shaking his head, he smiled as Kira approached, the two hugged then Raiyuu stepped back and asked “Excited?”

Caelan looked over to the two duelists and wondered, "Is that what friendship is called? Father never had many friends, other than uncle Mokuba... Whatever... Not like I can make friends with this stupid glowing eye mark on my head. It just freaks everyone out, and I don't know anything about it, mother refused to say a word about it, and father... I honestly don't know if he knows anything about it or not. This stupid eye can't be some damn birthmark. That sounds like something out of a stupid kids' cartoon." before walking past the two of them, not saying a word as he did.

The pretty golden haired girl smiled at her best friend. Some people didn’t think teenage boys and girls could be friends… She thought that was honestly the dumbest thing she’d ever heard. Shaking her head, she pushed that thought out of her mind. Saying “I sure am excited,” then glancing over to Caelan again. She watched the boy, as he began to walk past the two of them. She shook her head as she watched him walk away…She glanced to Raiyuu, whom simply gave a shrug then motioned her along with a hand.

Raiyuu
The boy smiled as he watched his best friend. He nodded as she said she was, in fact, excited for this, all of this. She didn’t exactly say it in those words, but she said she was excited. When she looked to Caelan then to him again, he shrugged and motioned her along.

Caelan made his way into the building where the applicants take their written test before moving onto the exam duel. He sat down and waited for his name to be called. When it was, he came up to the testing area and started his test. It didn't take him long to finish, he'd been studying Duel Monsters since he was a young child. He then walked to the duel arena in order to prepare for his entry exam.

The pretty golden haired girl watched Caelan. Shaking her head, she turned her attention back to Raiyuu, and smiled at him. The two of them made their way towards the building. Hey waited alongside other applicants, for each one’s turn to do the written test. Caelan had soon been called to do his…Kira shook her head, but didn’t have much time to dwell on it. She was soon being called in for her written test. Raiyuu wished her luck, and she smiled as she thanked him then went to do the written test.

Raiyuu
The boy watched her watch the other boy…He shook his own head, then smiled as Kira looked at him once more. The two of them soon headed for the building, where others already were. Caelan went to do his written test, then Kira was called.

As Caelan walked by, he noticed Raiyuu and said, "You're Yugi Moto's son, aren't you? My father always said he was his greatest rival. My father was never able to defeat him in a duel. Oh, and he also said that if I meet a Moto at school, to apologize for the Blue-Eyes incident. Don't know much about it, but you heard it from me. My father has too much pride to apologize in person." before continuing on his way and thought to himself "I wonder if Moto knows anything about this stupid eye on my forehead... his father did complete the Millennium Puzzle... maybe there's a connection."

Raiyuu
The boy nearly jumped when the other boy spoke to him. He tilted his head as he looked at Caelan, and noticed his hair… He also noticed how there seemed to be an eye mark on him. Was it really just a mark, though, or was it something else? Shaking his head, he said “I…yes, Yugi is my father. My name is Raiyuu,” he then said, before smiling a bit at the other boy. He nodded and said “I’ll tell my father that.” Since it seemed like Caelan wanted Raiyuu to tell Yugi sorry, from Kaiba, for him.

As Caelan made his way to the duel arena, he chose to go with his Evil HERO deck. It was always his favorite deck out of all five of the decks he possessed. Plus, it was one of the strongest decks he ever put together. Within a matter of minutes, if not seconds, he was able to win on his first turn, first by summoning Evil HERO Infernal Gainer, then fusion summoning Evil HERO Malicious Fiend, and using Infernal Gainer's effect to allow Malicious Fiend to attack a second time during his battle phase. It was a quick match, and Caelan won on his first turn.

The pretty golden haired girl hummed as she took the written test. She nearly got stumped a couple times…However, she managed to answer those questions too. Shaking her head, she finished up her written test and stretched her arms. She then smiled and handed the rest in. Before stretching her arms once more. She headed out, and smiled as she went to Raiyuu. She had to wait for Caelan too be done anyway..Then she could go in next, and do her battle test and prove she could be here.

Raiyuu
The boy shook his head a couple times. He waited for Kira to get done with her test.

After Caelan finished his exam duel, the PA system came on and said, "Incredible! With only a single turn, Caelan Kaiba has passed his exam duel! The son of the famous CEO of KaibaCorp, Seto Kaiba, truly shows an immense amount of skill!"
