Orchid's eyes widened. He wanted her to take him to see Tony Stark? The girl gave a swift nod,grabbing her keys from her pocket. She offered Ned a ride to school,but he declined,giving Peter a wink. The other boy,being Peter's best friend,knew of his little crush on the raven haired artist,but since he was also really close to Orchid,he knew about her crush on their friendly neighborhood Spider-man. Since Spider-man and Peter were the same person, Ned just figured it would work itself out."We should get going then. Ned, I'll see you when I get to school!" she waved goodbye to the other boy. She unlocked her car,getting in the drivers seat. As soon as she turned the car on,she turned the radio down, so her music wasn't blaring too loud."Its not out of my way really, in fact this gives me a good opportunity. Maybe I'll catch a glimpse of Spider-man, or even get the chance to talk to him!"

Tony motioned for Avery to follow him. He slid his sunglasses down onto the bridge of his nose,and headed towards the main entrance of the building. He took a step outside,waiting for the woman to catch up."He should be here soon." Tony glanced at the woman,noticing how pretty she looked in this lighting. Sure he had noticed how pretty she was before,but it kinda all hit him right then. He had known Avery for a while,and they had become friends of sorts,but he never saw it as anything past that. Until this particular moment when he felt his cheeks heat up a bit,and felt butterflies in his stomach. No, Tony Stark did not get butterflies in his stomach. This was not happening. He caught himself staring at her and quickly looked away,muttering something incomprehensible to himself.

Peter caught Ned’s wink and looked away, his cheeks reddened a little bit he forced it away and said goodbye to his friend as he followed after Orchid. He couldn’t help but feel excited to have some alone time with her, without anyone else butting in. He climbed into the car, and listened to her speak about Spider-Man made his heart beat a touch faster because well, that was him. “So uh, what do you like about Spider-Man?” he asked, trying to get information on if she just liked him or liked liked him. It felt silly, but he was curious.

Avery nodded and gathered her stuff quickly in her bag before she followed after him. She looked around once the got outside and listened to him before nodding again in response to his words. She noticed him staring and watched him for a moment before looking away. Her heartbeat fluttered but she ignored it, she knew he had a reputation with girls and was worried about getting caught up in some scandalous news with him. Of course, he was rather handsome, but she sighed softly and tried to ignore the thoughts. She tapped her foot gently against the floor, hoping Peter would arrive soon.

She glanced over at Peter as he spoke,but quickly turned her eyes back to the road. They were about a ten minute drive to the Stark Tower."He's amazing,he takes his job so seriously, and yet still has time to have fun and take care of the small problems that happen. It's easy to tell he's a good guy, if he wasn't he probably wouldn't be an Avenger." she said dreamily,her cheeks dusting a light shade of pink."I've only actually spoken to him a couple of times, and it was mostly me just saying hello as he swung by. Though one time he did stop and let me have a picture with him! As cheesy and weird as this sounds, Peter, I think I've got it bad for him. I don't even know his name,or what he looks like behind that mask but . . .if he came up to me and asked for a date, or even just to hang out or something,anything, I'd say yes in a heartbeat." she stopped talking,her face red at this point. She turned her little blue car into the driveway type thing in front of Stark Tower, parking the car. Orchid scanned the sky,as if she might catch a glimpse of the spider themed super hero."I'd really like to see him today but I guess it's not meant to be." she sighed,turning back to Peter."You want me to wait for you? My first period is art and I already have my project almost finished so I can just stay here or sit in the lobby or something so you dont have to ask for a ride to school."

Tony kept quiet as they waited for Peter and Orchid to arrive. Maybe this was a bad idea now that he was thinking about it, putting the kid in unnecessary danger wasn't something he had to do,and if the suit failed, well he didn't want to think about that. In all honesty Tony could have just shot some bullets at the suits and hoped that would be enough to appease the department of defense, only he knew it wouldnt be. He had sent in videos of the suits being shot at the last, what like 6 times, it wasn't going to work a seventh. He didn't have any more time to doubt his choice however, as Orchid's little blue car parked in front of them. He smiled,though it left as quickly as it came. He waited for Peter to get out of the car,tapping his foot on the ground with impatience

Peter listened to Orchid speak, trying really hard to keep his face from reddening as she spoke about him without her even knowing. “I hope that works out for you, Orchid, I’m sure he’s a great guy.” he replied, trying to sound like a supportive friend. He glanced out the window to see Tony’s foot tapping, which usually meant he was angry or waiting for something. And he was with the legal lady. He looked back over at Orchid “Uh, no that’s okay, I’ll get a ride from Happy.” he replied, having a surprise for her up his sleeve. Maybe he’d let her talk to Spider-Man. He scrambled out the car before Tony got too angry “Thank you again, Orchid! I’ll see you soon!” he replied before shutting the door and hurried back over to Tony. “Tony, she likes Spider-Man. Like... likes likes Spider-Man.” he whispered quickly.

Avery straightened up as the car pulled up, throwing a glance over at Tony once more, her eyes lingered there for a moment for she adverted her gaze again to Peter as he stepped from the car. "Ya, like I could ever date a superhero." Orchid shook her head waving at Peter as he exited the car."Its no problem. I should make it to school just before classes start so it's all good." she smiled sweetly,before driving off,heading back to school. Once she got there, she scrambled into the building,dashing down the halls until she reached her art classroom. Slipping inside she took her seat,letting out a sigh if relief as the bell rung right as she sat down. Today was already off to an interesting start.

Tony snorted at the kids words, this was young love at its finest, though with an odd twist. "I'm sure she does, but we have more important things to focus on." he quickly stepped back into the building,leading the two to his work room,walking over to the new suit he had made for Peter. It wasn't quite finished but all the safety protocols had been installed so it would work just fine."Put this on, the government's department of defense is on our tail again about safety regulations, and I want them to leave me alone. But according to Ms.Tunis, I'm not allowed to tell them to mind their own damn business so we're gonna blow some things up and shoot at each other while in the suits." he looked back at Avery,before his suit appeared on him."Its your job to record this."

Peter followed Tony inside, giving Avery a little greeting smile as she walked along beside him. He took the suit from Tony and smiled in excitement “Oh, cool! It looks good!” he said before starting to put it on. He was excited to try out all the bells and whistles on the new suit, even though it wasn’t finished yet. After he had put it on, he stood across from Tony, ready for instructions.

Avery followed after Tony and beside Peter, her hands placed on her bag straps as she walked just so that she had a place to put them. After they had made it to his workshop, she glanced around and took it all in, all of the shiny suits. Truly proof of his intelligence. She looked back at them as she was given instructions, blinking her eyes wide as she realized she’d in the same room as them shooting but just nodded along to his instructions, raising her phone to aim her camera at them. She chewed the inside of her cheek gently, nervous to be so close.

If it had been anyone else recording them, Tony might not have done what he was about to do,however it was Avery, so he did. He walked over to her,still in his full Ironman suit, and picked her up,depositing her a good distance away where she wouldn't get hurt."Stay here." He said,and then walked back over to Peter. They did their thing,testing out the suits and stuff, its early in the morning and I'm honestly too lazy to describe this part sorry lol. Afterwards,Tony,out of his suit, walked back up to Avery,giving her a smile."I hope you got all that, and I hope it keeps the government off our backs for a while.If they want anything else tell them I said they can mind their own damn business. " the billionaire stated,glancing back at Peter."Happy can give you a ride to school, unless you wanna test out the new suit. You'll have to bring it back later since it's not fully finished but, all the safety measures are working so it shouldnt be a big deal."

Peter watched their interaction before commencing their whole thing that I don’t want to describe either. Once finished, he removed his mask and listened to Tony speak to him. He shrugged his shoulders gently “I think I’ll take it for a spin, I’ll give it back. No worries.” he said, giving him a goofy smile. “See you later!” he said before web-swinging his way out of the building. He wanted to give his suit the full test and swing around town before school was done, and then see Orchid. Let her see the Spider-Man that she seems to really like.

Avery gave off a little squeak as she was picked up, her cheeks reddening slightly. ‘I have legs’ she thought, but didn’t utter a word. She watched Tony in his suit, admiring the technology that he had made. Luckily he wasn’t paying attention to her staring. She shook it off and raised the camera once more, listening to his command to stay there. She captured their whole thing on camera before stopping it and saving it. She was a little taken aback to see him smile, it was charming and kind of cute- no, stop. She blinked as she tried to clear her thoughts before giving him a smile in return “I got every second, and don’t worry I’ll make sure I write that to them and directly quote you.” she replied as she placed her phone back into her bag. She waited until he was done with Peter to make sure that she was no longer needed.

It had probably taken about an hour to get the footage and make sure everything was in order,like getting to a safer place, away from Tony's projects, to do the whole safety thing, so Orchid was on her way to her 2nd hour class, science. She had a terrible time in science, but lucky for her, Peter was in this class with her, except, not at the moment. He was still at Stark Towers if she had to guess. The girl trudged out of the main school building,heading towards the other. Their school was split into two buildings,one was the main building, with most of the classrooms, the cafeteria, the library, etc, and the other held the gym and a few other classrooms. Orchid had been oh so lucky to get stuck with a class above the gym, so she had to do more walking during the day than she would have liked.

The man asked,crossing his arms over his chest. If he was being honest,he kinda hoped there was something - less significant than what they had just had to do of course - so Avery would have to stay longer,so he could talk to her more, look at her more. She was gorgeous,he had to admit that, and even though he didn't want to, he also had to admit he possibly maybe most definitely had feelings for her. But it would be a little weird to just ask her out on a date wouldn't it?And it wouldn't be very professional, asking your attorney on a date? He could never do such a thing, no matter how much he wanted to.

Peter swing through town before he landed on the roof of one of the school buildings, his mask pulled on of course. He was trying to decide if he should wait for school to be over to see her or to do it now when he spotted her. He smiled a little, glad to see her again. Just the sight of her made his heart beat faster but only wished she felt the same about himself and not just Spider-Man. He swung down and landed in front of her “I heard from a little birdie that you wanted to see me,” he said as he straightened up, looking at her through the eye-pieces in his mask.

Avery looked up at Tony as he spoke, and looked back down at her bag. “Uh..” she ruffled through her bag, almost looking for something that could give her an excuse to stay. But she had none. “No. No, I suppose not.” she said as she looked back up at. She could feel the disappointment set in, but tried to ignore it. It was so inappropriate, he was her client. She gave her a little smile “Have a good rest of your day, Mr.Stark.” she said before turning on her heels. As soon as her back was to him, her smile dropped into a soft frown, she couldn’t be interested in him.. it was bad news. Her heels clicked on the tile floor as she made her way back through the building.
