Wax nodded. "We're traveling to a Gather," he said, "in hopes of trading some of our items." He glanced back at the wagons and noticed Kivee leaning against the side of a wagon, looking exhausted. "We really need to trade some of our animals because otherwise we might not have enough marks to buy other goods."
Renolla turned away from Wax and Almtrude, content to leave them to talk, and walked over to Kivee where she began to explain the situation. The other woman began to look more alert as Renolla talked but the two made no move to wander back to the group.
Saltul grimaced when he heard Zaos's dark tone. Whatever it was that had made the other man speak in that manner... Well he didn't feel the need to know anything more about it. "I'm sorry," he said sincerely. "It is of an extremely fine make, though." He shuffled his feet, feeling slightly awkward. "What is life like in your...Hold?" He wasn't entirely sure where Zaos lived and assumed that it was one of the Holds that had been popping up everywhere in the past few turns.
OOC: Marks are the Pernese money (you can use whatever Cyrrane's terminology for money is) and a Hold is basically a kingdom and Saltul is assuming that Cyrrane (even though he doesn't know the actual name yet) is a kingdom considering they have warriors and seem well-connected. Also, sorry for taking so long to reply!
