Metody ran his fingers through his hair as he scrolled through his phone. He had a coffee in one hand and sat at a table in the very back of a local coffee shop.

[Spencer Reid]

James ordered a coffee, speaking so softly that he had to repeat himself a couple times. He sat down at a table by himself and slowly sipped the coffee.

Metody clicked off his phone and looked around at the shop. While looking, he elbowed his phone off the table but didn't notice. He took sips of his coffee, gazing at he stuff they had for sale.

James looked up as he heard the phone clatter to the ground. He got up and walked over. He picked up the phone and set it on the table before quietly going back to his own.

Metody looked to the boy. "Thank you." He said, moving the phone to his pocket. He took multiple glances at the boy, trying not to let him notice it.

"You're welcome," James whispered softly, looking at his coffee.

Metody decided he looked kind of lonely. He walked up over to where the boy sat, asking "May I sit here?"

James looked up, "Uh, s-sure," he said softly, looking up briefly then back at his coffee.

Metody felt a little tension "How are you?"
