Tattken woke up with a small yawn, as he uncurled himself. Allowing his eyes to adjust to what little sunlight, was coming through the entrance of his den. Standing up, so that he could stretch out his wings. He then silently went outside, and crept down the hallway, that allowed him access to where his parents slept. Hearing the sound of claws against the ground, he slowed down further. Before moving quickly once he was in the open, soon taking flight for the rest of the way and landed in one of the entrances. Looking in the direction of the kingdom, as the sun warmed his scales. Before stretching out his wings, ready to take off.

Adelind opened one of her eyes, to the sound of claws against stone. Before lifting her head off of her paws, and looked in the direction of the sound. Watching her mate pacing around the den." They'll return soon, you can't rush a hunt", she said.

Enellianous walked down one of the hallways, her silver armour clinging to her scales slightly. Before growling at another guard, when she heard a comment about the princess. When silence returned, she continued on her daily patrol.

Sunlight sighed lightly again after Astarot put his wing on her back,"I know. It's just that we go through this every single day. It's getting tiring and we're not getting any younger." She replied with a gentle smile.

Nezula was surprised after a while. She was sure that someone would have found her by now. Looking around carefully, she smiled lightly. The princess opened her wings and glided down to her bedroom balcony. Landing after flying into her room, she grabbed a cloak and put it on before going back onto her balcony. Her teal eyes looked around for any sign of another dragon. No one. A light smile as she opened her wings, Nezula took off into the air and secretly started to fly towards the exit of the kingdom, to go and explore the city. That is, as long as she didn't get caught.

Zarak growled lightly under his breath as he stopped before relaxing a tad,"I suppose so. But their late." He said before he started to think again.

Eclipse looked around before moving her gaze to the dark castle before hearing her stomach. She sighed.

Astarot chuckled slightly, as he shook his head. Listening to what sunlight said, before looking in the direction of the entrance." Don't remind me, and I know, I know", he replied.

Tattken looked over his shoulder, before ahead again. Allowing a rare smile to cross his face, as he flapped his wings once. Before springing into the air, when he was certain no one was around. The benefit of being a thiefs son, was that those within the kingdom didn't know what he looked like. He then flew in the direction of the kingdom, crossing its walls and entering the city. Another advantage, was that he didn't look like other dragons and more like a wyvern.

Adelind stood up and stretched a little, allowing the blood yo run through her body again. Before moving towards the entrence, amd sat down. Half closing her eyes, to shield them from the sun." If they don' return within the next few minutes, I'll start looking for them, also, our son isn't within his den", she replied. Her eyes focusing on a black dot, in the open air above the city.

Sunlight just had to smile and giggle at Astarot's reply,"Oh, you!" She said in a playful and loving way. She nuzzled her mate with a smile as she stood next to him, shifting her wings on her back to make them more comfortable.

Nezula had made it safely to the entrance of the kingdom, sure that no one had saw her. A light giggle escaped her as she slipped out the door. She opened her wings to move quicker away before someone saw her. When she was far enough, she landed in an alley and made sure her clock was just right. With a deep breath, she walked out of the alley and started to wander the busy streets, her eyes wide as she looked around, and she had a certain spot in mind. The large fountain not far from where she was now. Nezula had seen it before as a young hatchling, and had dreamed of seeing it again.

Zarak nodded to his mate before his head shot up at her words. Looking at Adelind, he followed her gaze with a growl,"Not again! That boy is starting to get on my nerves." He said with frustration and annoyance.

Astarot smiled and nuzzled her in return, folding his other wing so it was more comfortable against his side and what little armour he had on. Though his smile faded slightly, as he fell into thought." I'll be heading out in the evening, the guards noticed suspicious behaviour in the northern area, I'll try to return as best I can", he said.

Tattken landed within the shadows, resting his wings against his side. Before moving forwards, carefully at first. Since his wings were used to softer ground, and not hard rock. Once they adjusted, he moved through the crowd. Feeling slightly like an outcast, due to his different bloodline. Though he narrowed his pupils, and resisted the urge. not like they care back home, he thought. He then heard the laughter of hatchlings running around, and jumped a little when something bit his tail. Quickly turning around, to see a dark grey hatchling laughing at his reaction. Which in turn, made him laugh a little, in a nervous and uncertain way. Since he wasn't quite sure on how to act around others hatchlings, when knowing how protective a parent is. unlike mine, he thought. He then shook his head, and looked in the direction of the hatchlings parents. When seeing a nod, he then smiled and entered their game of tag. Being careful not to step on them, or anything.

Adelind looks sideways at her mate, before watching the dot vanish behind the walls." He's young, curiosity often takes over at a young age, including on things that may seem new to them", she replied.

Sunlight looked at him,"The northern area?" She asked, a little shocked. The northern area was always a happy and kind spot, so why what kind of suspicious behavior would be there.

Nezula walked through the streets as they were slowly getting a little less busy. The marketplace was so big with many stands that it was hard to keep going, but Nezula was determined to get to that fountain. Her teal eyes were wide with curiosity as she went, but then caught sight of two guards coming her way. The princess turned into the nearest stand, pretending to be interested as she held her breath. The guards walked right past. Nezula exhaled a sigh of relief before sshe continued down the road. Distracted by the scenery and forgetting to watch where she was going, she suddenly felt something bump into her legs. Nezula looked down to see a light pink hatchling, sitting on the ground in front of her. She looked up as she heard laughter, seeing more hatchlings racing around with a dragon who looked about her age. Looking back at the hatchling that ran into her, the small dragon looked like she was about to cry,"I-I'm... I-I'm..." Nezula smiled gently as the hatchling stumbled on her words before lowering her head,"It's alright, little one. Look, your friends are waiting for you." She said kindly, nudging the little dragon to her paws and then towards her friends. The hatchling didn't look sad anymore, but smiled happily as she ran back to play. Nezula decided to stay and watch for a while, giggling quietly to herself.

Zarak growled quietly under his breath before laying down with a huph,"Where is that hunting party!?!" He said, changing the subject as he didn't want to have a conversation about their son right now.

Astarot looked at her, and gave a small nod. Understanding the expression on her face, as he sighed." it may be a kind area, but it is also where our enemies may strike, seeing as kindness is a weakness in their eyes", he replied.

Tattken twisted around in a circle, before stopping himself from going dizzy. He then shook his head to clear his vision, when the world around him started spinning. He felt like he was being watched, but decided to snap out of that thought the moment he was tackled to the ground by a smaller body. Landing on his back with a grunt, before looking up at the hatchling who had managed to catch him off guard. well, this is embarrassing, he thought. He didn't have four legs like a regular dragon, which was why he was finding it difficult not to laugh the moment the hatchlings paw brushed his side. Before starting to laugh the moment the others realised about where he was ticklish, trying to roll over but failing." ok! ok! enough! I surrender! Someone please help!", he said, between laughing.

Adelind looked over her shoulder at him, before back out into the open air. She then flapped her wings once, and lifted herself into the air. Feeling the sun along her body, as she flew through the shadows along the trees.

Sunlight sighed lightly before nodding,"I understand." She answered. She looked at him for a second before moving her gaze to the entrance of the throne room, her ears slightly pricked. Somewhere down in the hall in another room, probably the royal library, the queen could hear one of the royal instructors growling with impatience and mumbling a few words. 'Sounds like Nezula still hasn't showed up for her lessons yet....' She thought before sighing once again.

Nezula laughed quietly to herself as the hatchlings tickled the older dragon. When the young ones wouldn't let up after the male dragon spoke while laughing, the princess walked forward,"Alright, fellas. I think that's enough. Or else you might kill the poor guy laughing." The hatchlings seemed to have thought that was funny. She smiled gently before shooing them off towards their parents. Nezula watched them for a second before looking at the dragon who was on the ground,"A-Are you okay?" She asked him shyly. Her teal eyes searched him from under her cloak as she kept her wings close to her side underneath the fabric garment.

Tattken coughed a few times, to regain his breath. Rolling back onto his feet, the moment the hatchlings returned to their parents. He then looked over at the dragon who spoke, and coughed once more. However, he did try his best to show a reassuring smile." I'm fine, thank you for that, as you can probably guess, I don't really have four legs like others, which was why I was having difficulty", he replied. Using his wings to push himself up, he then stretched them out a little to get the feeling back into them." But I apologize if I seem rude, my names Tattken and you are?", he asked. Knowing very well that no one within the kingdom, knew about the existence of the dark lords son.

Nezula looked at him, her eyes slightly wide. She didn't really think to as far as what she would say if someone asked for her name. She knew the moment she did, they would know right away that she was the princess. She had to give him a different name,"Umm...... I-I'm Nez. I-It's a pleasure to meet you." She replied to him shyly. Okay, yes. It was a nickname for her. But it's not like he would really know that, would he? "A-And don't worry about explaining about your two legs. O-One of my grandfather's only had two legs." Nezula told him, a small smile on her face.
