"Ah, alright. Zylie. The names Laurance. Spend as much time needed with the horse. He doesn't get much company anyways" He said, and stepped back, letting her enter the ring as if nothing were to happen. He stepped forwards again, and leaned on the fence. He watched her and the horse, and wondered, if she just wanted something more comforting that human contact. Maybe something animal related? He wondered for a moment, then left. He pulled the sliding doors open, and whistled. A few moments later, he left the house with three small beagles bounding by his side. As he approached Zylie with the horse, he called out "Zylie. I have a question. Do you like puppies?" He asked, and the puppies bounded towards her, yapping at the horse as they bounded by. The stallion just shook his head, and pranced around in one spot, obviously unnerved by the puppies. He smiled again "Call if you need anything" He said, and walked inside. God, he hoped she would shut up for a bit. She was very rude, but he guessed it was because of all that had happened to her.

→ Already, I wasn't feeling comfortable inside my new home. The only creature that seemed to fascinate me right now was the chestnut horse in front of me, throwing his big head back and forth and trotting his hoofs around his pasture like he was showing off for the new addition to the family. But then my fantasy about the horse was wrecked and torn apart when he mentioned his name, and honestly, I couldn't give two s---- about his name, so instead I ignored whatever he had said after that. It was odd, how I was comparing myself to the people's horse, how we two were wild, free, yet enclosed, trained - broken. People made decisions for us. I guess that was why I had become very close, already, to the horse in front of me. "How does one leave such a beautiful creature alone? I find that cruel." I hissed through my teeth, seeing the horse come up to me and sniff my hand gently. [b}Hey there..[/b] my voice trailed off, letting my fingertip rest on the chestnut brown horse's cream white muzzle. "What is his name?" I asked unwillingly, not wanting to encounter the boy in front of me. But it appears I was to late, because he had already snapped a question back. Zylie, do you like puppies? he had asked, and when I turned around to say something rude and arrogant, I saw 3 adorable, yapping puppies by his side. Immediately, I began to de-thaw, bending down with a natural smile on my face and petting the little creatures happily. But as long as this family knew, and knew very well, that they simply can't buy my love. He had walked away then, leaving the 3 puppies at my side, but when I looked back, we made eye contact. And to my surprise, a tear strolled down my cheek. I just wanted my brother. I wanted Zach here so desperately, but I had no idea how to reach him, or how to get him here. But I hastily wiped the tear away, begging for some privacy, something I hadn't had all day.

He judged sighed when he made eye contact with her. How could she be happy here? Suddenly, he heard footsteps, and his sister Rosey rounded the corner. She smiled gently at him, and looked out the window at the girl playing with the animals "So.. That's tour finacée, is it?" She asked, and he inhaled "Yes. Do t try and talk with her, or she'll bite your head off. I'll talk to her later" he said, and Rosey pouted at him "Atleast tell me my new sister-in-laws name!" She asked, and he sighed "Her name is Zylie" he said, and Rosey smiled, before walking off and dissapearing upstairs. He walking through the halls of his home, and reached the living room. He saw his butler, Will, and the older man asked Laurance if he wanted anything "I'm alright, Will. Thank you" he said, and the butler dismissed himself. Laurance grabbed a book off the counter of the coffee table, and opened it. What was he going to tell his father? His father had always told him to never force love, but to embrace it. He suddenly stopped himself from ripping the paged out of this wrenched book. He it back down on the table, and got up. He ran into his mother on the way to his room, and he glared at her "I've finished making Zylies room. It's almost time for supper. Go and get her when your ready, won't you Laurance dear?" She said, and before he could respond, she smiled and walked away downstairs. He huffed, and walked into his room, shutting the door behind him.
