Bacardi;
Bacardi looked at Sundae, then back to Toffee to wait for her expression to show any sourse of recognition of her, any words that might come out. "Clones." Toffee said, and Bacardi touched her tail to her sister's shoulder. "No, its me, Bacardi." She said sadly, once again her regret at leaving came over her. "I'm sorry Toffee, for leaving..." She said, turning back to Sundae, who's question had broken the silence before her own words. "Do you have any coffee? If not, I'll have a hot chocolate."

Toffee just stared with wide eyes between the two, her thoughts pulling together in a very disorganized manner. It was hard to remember exactly what had happened but the bricks hit her fairly fast. Bacardi had left her and Sundae. Then Sundae had given her away. It was a bit much for the young bean, her eyes beginning to water as the past became transparent to her. With a quivering lip, she looked up at Bacardi.
"You left me! Me and Sundae! All alone!" Her words were more hurt than angry and she pushed her way past Bacardi, scuttling quickly to Sundae and clinging to her tail, unsure of what to do next.

"Shhh, it's okay..." Sundae whispered to Toffee, looking down to her from the cups she was filling with hot chocolate. She focused on her task, and once she had completed it, she looked over to Bacardi again.

Bacardi;
"Toffee... I am sorry I just was going through alot of stupid emotions..." Bacardi looked pleadingly at Sundae, hoping that her older sister would support her decision, but deep down the bean knew that she was in the wrong. She started to wish that she hadn't come at all, because she did love them both dearly. She wished that she hadn't had to put them through more pain at her returning again, but she also knew that it was needed. Imagine if they met by accident instead? Then it would have been even worse... Bacardi held her own tail, staring sadly at her sisters.

Toffee was still grasping at Sundae's tail, her paws intertwining into the fur and almost disappearing. She wasn't sure what to think. She had forgiven Sundae for giving her up, but why had Bacardi just left them? She buried her teary face into Sundae's fur, peeking out when Bacardi started to talk. Her lip wobbled and she just stared at Bacardi her ears pulled back.
"You didn't love us anymore? Got new sisters? Not good enough?" Usually Toffee could speak in proper sentences, mostly, but now her emotions were making her phrases disjointed and her English not as good. While the other sisters had both matured, Toffee had been kept at an almost idyllic age and only recently begun to speak English. The transition was hard, but she had improved immensely. It was only now that she became flustered, trying to speak all her thoughts.

Sundae shot Bacardi a look that clearly meant 'you're on your own with this one'. Her mind was a jumble of conflicting feelings and emotions, but her face betrayed little. "Well?" she said, waiting for Bacardi's response. She sent her a challenging stare.

Bacardi;
"I needed to find myself..." Bacardi said carefully, looking down as she couldn't bring herself to face them directly. She felt Sundae's glare into her fur, and heard Toffee's voice shake. Last time she had seen the little dragon had been quite awhile ago, so the fact that she was older really hit her. "Toffee... Sundae... I shouldn't have left and I know that but I just needed to see the world and get away from anything... I thought that I'd regret it if I didn't go..." She felt hot tears well up in her eyes, and she wiped them away with her hands. "I'm sorry..."

Toffee was still clutching awkwardly at Sundae, only peeking out every so often to look at Bacardi. She whimpered though when Sundae spoke, hiding again, only to peek when Bacardi piped up. Toffee said nothing, just listening with a sad expression on her face.
"But I could have found you... never good at hide and seek. Shouldn't have left." She didn't really get the meaning behind what Bacardi had said, but just stared at her with sad eyes. "Why didn't you take us? I'm good at finding things! Could have found you and all the things!" Her voice raised in pitch as she went on, and upon noticing Bacardi beginning to cry the tears she had been trying to hold in just poured out, sniffling and making sad noises.

As Sundae watched her sisters, she felt heartless. It wasn't that she didn't care, or that she didn't feel hurt or anything, but that tears didn't come to her easily. She had struggled all her life with others thinking her emotionless, unless provoked. She responded to hurt more with anger than sadness, and didn't quite know how to express herself.
"What does that even mean? Find yourself!?" her head pounded. "I don't understand, Bacardi. I don't get it. We needed you. You know what happened after you left? We barely had food to eat. We nearly lost the cottage. I had to leave Toffee every day to go beg for work to do. Do you know how little that made me feel? How small? And you just left. You left to go 'find yourself'. You abandoned us. You didn't even tell me you were going! You were just gone!" The words tumbled out, words she had wanted to say for years. Words that tasted bitter coming off her tongue. She clamped her jaw shut and stood protectively over Toffee.
