Dianne opened her eyes. The smell of fresh woods came in her nose, it was probably early. Another day was already there.
She slowly stood up, sweeping dirt from her leather clothes and checking her stuff. Everything was there. Perfect. This day started normally, she could do something out of it. Well, she had to. She promised herself.
She waited for this day a long time. Today was the day she'd take stuff in her hands. Help her family and help their friends. Get her lost brother back...
God knows for how long they're living in this forest. She stopped counting really early. The days passed slowly, she had no idea how many years it passed. They were out of the civilization. Eating forest animals for lunch and starving the other times of the day. There was no clock, no communication with others. Only a small group of people in a huge forest.
She remembered how few days before she visited a family there near the castle. The poor children, all dirty and loud. Actually, poor mother. She had five children, and not even her husband could get enough food for them. She told Dianne it's getting worse. They might not know what is exactly happening, but they feel the sudden change in the air around the castle. Maybe they made another mutant, only God knows that.
She couldn't watch any more those people who suffer harder than usually. It was needed to stop it already. Why couldn't they all get along? Why couldn't there be peace already, now when many years passed since they started all of that? Why couldn't they just make an agreement and let people live normally?
"Good mornin', Dianne." suddenly she heard her sister Valerie behind her, which made her stop looking into the forest and thinking. "You might now know, but you're eighteen today."
"It is?" Dianne slowly smiled, lifting her bow and putting the arrow bag over her head. "Well that's a surprise!"
"Come on, we have breakfast today." said Valerie and started walking to the big tent.

Neo woke up, he knew Zia and her brother would sneek away from their father to help with the plan to overthrow him, but somthing just didn't feel right this morning.

" Zia and Dean have to find out whats going on with their dad...somthings different, i just know it..." Neo thought to himself as he got ready fo another day of stealing injections and arguing with the kings officers.

Back at the palace, Zia and her brother were having breafeats with their father the king. He was very quiet this morning, so Zia knew somthing was up. She didn;t dare ask, though, she couldnt let her father suspect anything about her and Dean joining the rebels.

Until he snapped.

Deangelo of the Royal Family of the Crystal Canyon, the eldest son of the Great King Felix, irritated and pissed off by the damn alarm clock's beeping, bolted right out of bed with a loud cry of "THAT'S IT!", took the alarm clock and threw it outside the double balcony door and right into the lake that surrounded the mansion. Talk about anger issues. Either that or he wanted to sleep in for once. The latter was correct, while the former would just be spitting on his status.

After he took a couple of deep breaths, Deangelo finally calmed down and smiled, satisfied that the alarm clock - the same stupid thing that ripped him out of his sweet dreams - was gone for good now. He was just about to go back to sleep, until he remembered it was probably not a good idea due to his father waiting downstairs. He groaned and threw his covers off him, stood up groggily and walked slowly to the walk-in closed he owned.

"I better get this over with soon..." he muttered out quietly, running a hand trough his ebony black locks before trying to pick out an attire for today. He didn't want too look too posh, nor did he want too look like he just got out of the canalization - he wanted to look normal for once in his life, like a normal citizen, like a normal person just passing by. He surely didn't want to look like some upright bratty kid that grew up with a sliver spoon in his mouth. He was getting sick and tired of that kind of life; it grossed him out how the poor people lived in the streets - and he had to watch it every single freaking day; that's why he had joined Neo's group of rebels early on.

The current situation in his father's so-called "kingdom" was not logical, at least, not to him. Why would his father want more money than he needed? Why would he sell the chemical X while it was supposed to be free for all? Why did millions of people have suffer under the hand of a single, selfish, greedy tyrant? The sheer thought of the way his father reigned over his so-called "kingdom" and how the poor, innocent people had to suffer while they had done nothing wrong made his stomach churn and nearly forced him to vomit.

Snapping out of his thoughts, Dean quickly dressed in casual clothing before he hurried downstairs, afraid that he was going to get a real scolding from that idiot he called a father. Life was not that simple for royals as most of the commoners thought it was.

It has been a long night. Nina fell asleep around 4 a.m. after almost 6 hours of just turning around in her bed. Maybe it was he moon that didn't let her sleep. But something else was really a problem, working on the project that was making harm to lot's of people and maybe being alone and not being able to share the rage with anyone. No, probably just the project. Being alone was great, not having many voices around to tell how to do stuff and point to her flaws.

She got up from the bed and yawned tiredlly. It was important to get dressed fast and leave to lab early. Some of her job that was supposed to be done last night was left for this morning and it wouldn't end well if she would just forget about it. Getting ready for the work she turned up the radio. A nice love ballade was playing and she was softly dancing to it applying on her makeup. This seems to be a good day! Tough it will be filled with doing same job over and over...

Zia saw the alarm clock fly through the windo. "Dean must be up..." she thought as she grogily chewed the food. SHe really had no idea why they were even eating, all they needed was the shot...but she dared not question her father, not without Neo, anyway.

"Dad..." she said. "Yes, my dear princess?" the king asked. "Nothing, daddy, i just wanted to say i love you..." ZIa said, changing her mind about asking her father qquestions about why he was so quiet that morning.

'I love you so much that i'd rather have a rock as a father...' she thought to herself ash she finished her sencentce. 'hes just scared that we might have to live like normal people,,,he's a stupid selfish coward who wants to live in heaven by turning other peoples lives into helll' her thoughts went on.

~Jade was walking around the forest, enjoying the fresh air. It always helped her think of a plan and it relaxed her. A plan came up, but it seemed too risky and just plain silly, yet she couldn't discard it like the others that came up this morning. She thought it over and over, every time one part of it replaced by another, already proved successful one. As she thought about it, she didn't even see where she was going and tripped over a tree's root, rolling into the lake that was surrounding the mansion. A few moments later and alarm clock landed next to her and slowly sank to the bottom. Jade looked up and, seeing where it came from, a smile appeared on her face, but it was quickly replaced by an angry sigh. She swam to the shore and looked around if there are any guards around, but even if there were any, they would be dead. Jade felt hungry and let out another sigh, ''Now what?'' she thought, then finally noticed the guard who probably saw everything. ''Breakfast.'' she said quietly, her fangs growing as she got closer and closer, but first she threw a rock on the other side to distract him so she can peacefully suck his blood. The guard heard the noise, looking around as he walked to the bush. Jade followed him quietly, ''I'm really sorry.'' she said as she grabbed him, then sank her teeth into his neck. She let the body slump from her grip, pale from the blood loss, ''No I'm not.'' she said with a quiet laugh and dragged the body into the bush, then walked away, continuing the plan in her head.~

"So how do you know it's my birthday?" asked Dianne as she was walking next to Valerie.
"There are some things I sense." she winked at her.
After few moments of thinking, Dianne grinned. "You were in the village, didn't you?"
Valerie started laughing, which made the whole forest a bit louder. "Yes, I did. I had to get some water."
Dianne smirked. She knew all of them very well. Well of course, they've been together for a long time now. It was a bit silly though. She wondered what was it like to live normally. She barely remembered her earliest childhood. And now she was 18, ready for her so-called adventure.
Soon they got to the big tent where they'd prepare fire at night so they aren't cold. Only her father Maxwell and the father from the other family was awake, preparing things."Good mornin'!" said Dianne. "Need help?"
"Not really, we're nearly done." said her father in his strong british accent. "Feel free to wake others up."

Walking trough endless hallways of the facillity where she worked and greeting other people that worked there, she felt more tired with each step. Probably from not taking a regular shot this morning. The hunger, the lost of sleep...it was all taking the best of her making her weak and almost not able to work. Does this seem like a side affect? Addiction? It should be written down and mentioned in working diary. Same as weight loss and being desoriented.

As she entered in her office she felt her stomack growl. She sat on the chair and hold her haid in palms. Maybe she just bit more than she can chew. Chew...Food...you chew it...
It has been weeks, months perhaps when she ate something. She took a shot hoping for a soon relief, in stead of that her stomack growled again.

Neo thought of what could be done to get rid of Felix, unfortunatly, he was to nervous to think. "Well, maybe we can get rid of Felix some other day...today, we can just steele a couple of shots, play RoBIN HOod and give them to the starving people...maybe Jade has a btter idea of what we could do today" He mutterered to himself.

Zia sighed. She never really understood why her father was so stupid when it came to possesing the most of...everything...when there was enough for everybody. "Why did he have to ruin the world..." she thought.

Felix was smiling ear to ear. His new plan just had to work to get rid of those pesky rebels once and for all. 'Oh, Im such a genius!" He though, disregarding the fact that it was the scientists who came up with the idea.
