The Breeze is a nice cool wind through your wolf's fur. It trickles relaxation throughout their body. You close you eyes, and smile. You feel so.. Free... Everything almost seems perfect. Your eyes bring you to a small stream nearby, and you gently prod near it, thirst overwhelming you for a second. You bend down to take a drink, and close your eyes, lapping up the water. When you open them, your eyes widen in surprise as you see a silver fea's reflection in the water. You turn to see her, and give her a level stare. She gives you a gentle bow, and flicks her tail. "My name is Rivers. Don't worry, I won't hurt you. I have heard you are a loner among the territory, looking for shelter.." You nod your head yes, and listen once more with interest. "I am the Alpha of The Shattered Dreams pack If you'd please, you may join us... But in your own will." She nods, and turns away into the woods, leaving the option to follow her or live on your usual life.

Rivers

The she-wolf slept undisturbed while the sun creeped into her den. When the rays of the sun touched her nose she still had yet to move, Rivers was in a deep sleep trapped inside a night mare. The white fea was having a dream about the assassination of her father Riddik. She remembered how the brute stumbled into camp then collapsed barking his last orders to his pack. The she wolf didn't get the chance to tell her father how much she loved him before his yellows eyes shut permanently. With a soft shutter Rivers woke opening her eyes lids then blinking at the bright sun light as it creeped up her muzzle. 'the sun is in the sky! i have yet to wake!' the white she-wolf thought to her self as she stormed to her feet running out of her den. She strived to be the Alpha that her father was but being late to the morning sun only made her look foolish. Yet, the Alpha stood tall and resilient as she made her way to the middle of the camp grounds to watch every wolf wake unless they had risen before her. The plans for today were the same as usual. The hunters would go scout the lands and hunt, the fighters would use there strength to continue to remove debris from the last snow storm that took place nearly 4 days ago, The healers would need to keep there den warm and welcoming for injured wolves. The snow laid across the landscape like a heavy blanket hunting had been unsuccessful for two days after the blizzard. Luckily corpses have been found under thick layers of snow yet it was dangerous to dig. The fighters have utilized their strength every day to remove fallen tree branches and even fallen trees from the camp grounds. Rivers on the other hand has been dealing with pack affairs. A nearby pack threatens to attack soon if the hunting grounds rivers took fairly was not shared. The she-wolf only had one last option. A duel between alphas to the death. I funny price one might think, but to control hunting grounds that has prey is worth a life specially during the freezing winters such as this one. But Rivers wanted to consult her beta soon if he would wake.

The brute brute stood in the snow. He just stood there, paws completely covered by the cold substance. Every muscle in his body ached from helping clean up the camp but he couldn't stop now. He picked up a front paw and shook droplets of melted snow from his freezing paw before tentatively replacing it on the frozen ground. He gripped a nearby tree branch that had fallen and dragged it to the edge of camp, placing it with the other debris the fighters had cleared. He glanced around the camp for a second. It looked so peaceful covered in snow but he had to get going and clear up the fallen tree limbs so the camp could be usable once again. Sure, it was pretty but nothing could be done until the limbs were cleared away. He got back to work after his short breather and started to drag other branches away from the camp.

The small fae arranged her various herbs in the small cubbie-hole she had dug out in the wall. She tried to avoid coming in and out of the healer's den since the snow that was tracked in eventually melted and made her paws muddy and unpleasant. However, she had to go out and replenish her herbs and help the wounded and sick to her den so she could heal them. It was her job after all. With a sigh, she crawled out of her den and looked around camp. She caught herself watching the fighters clear away the debris from the snowstorm and had to pull herself away and head off into the forest. She was looking for pine needles, mainly. She couldn't dig at the snow and expect to find herbs that she needed but she could rip some soft pine needles from the trees whose branches sunk to the ground thanks to the heavy snow.

The whole camp was milling with activity. The hunters were arranging scouting parties to search for food, the healers were arranging herbs and fixing up the healing dens, and fighters were busy trying to clear snow and debris from the campgrounds. Everyone was set to work doing something, though, admittably, some were more productive than others. Bellona was doing her best to help out as well, though she probably was excerting her energy in the most affective way... The petite she-wolf was currently attempting to drag a rather large and neavy tree branch easily twice her length out of camp with mild difficulty.

Jaws tightly clenched around the wooden shaft, she was tugging and heaving with all of her might, her paws planted firmly in the ground and her back curved as she shifted between quick jerks and prolonged heaves. To say she wasn't making ANY progress simply wasn't true; one could clearly see the path of labor she had constructed through the soil and snow, leading from where she had discovered the stick (practically right outside the fighters' den) all the way up to where she had drug it (a little past the center of camp and heading towards the territory beyond). Screwing her face up in concentraion and tensing her muscles, she gave one last might pull before stepping back and dropping the branch to the ground, allowing herself a rest. Her pink tongue lolled out of her mouth as she panted her exhaustion and turned her head this way and that to survey everyone else's progress.

She walked towards a promising looking dead chicken. She took it and ran. One wolf started running towards her. Figgy just stopped. She lifted her tail.
