Proper writing techniques will matter here. Try to have good word choice, spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. I will NOT accept one liners! Keep this in mind when making your forms!

There will be no perfect characters. Devistation is a part of life so expect your characters to have this happen in some way. No stud Zebra will win every fight and snake every mare he lays eyes on.

Realism, oh how important you are. If you don't know the proper body language of the equus variety (horses, donkeys, zebras, etc.) please inform me or google it. No zebras will have purple, blue, pink, or any other color of stripes besides black. Natural eye colors will be accepted (mostly BROWN/HAZEL/AMBER).

Keep your characters active. I currently don't have a limit to the amount of characters you can create, but if there is a problem, I have no problem deleting your inactive characters.

There will NOT be even genders. There will be no mates, crushes, etc. Again, realism is a major factor in this role-play. All herds will have one, possibly two, stud Zebras that will breed to the majority of the mares in his herem or herd. Bachelors spend the spring-time trying to gather usable mares.

Killing another member's character without their permission will not be tolerated. Get both parties acceptance before a major fight or similar action.

I will not provide a form for you to fill out. This is because I want to see your creativity and skill level. Do your best. It must include; name, gender, age, herd/loner, foals (current), personality, history, likes, dislikes, etc.

Literacy is a big factor in this role-play. If I haven't said it before, I will NOT accept one-liners. Because this is a semi-literate role-play, I expect a good, well written, four lines. A line, compared to a sentence, is a full text continuum along the entire length of the screen or text holder. A good sentence can be short, for example;
Taurn flicked his tail, the stubborn flies pesking around him.
But... a good, well written line is long, usually, and fluid. For example;
Taurn raised his head, irritated by the overwhelming amount of flies that pestered around him. His tail went to work, vigorously swatting away what Taurn couldn't reach.
