Demi

She padded through the forest that lead to the open. As she looked around her, the snow started to fall! Demi was extremely happy as she bounded onto a nearby rock. Still, she wondered on and looked at all the bare trees around her. No doubt about it, it was Winter!

Oscar

He trotted through the glorious forest and enjoyed the snowflakes that fluttered onto his fur. Slowly, he walked into the open and enjoyed the sights of the trees and the sparkling river that was beginning to ice over.

Northern Lights

Happily, she scampered through the forest. It was shrouded with beautiful snow! A look of joy spread her face as she and the cubs galloped into the plains. 'It looks amazing.' she thought to herself. Quite suddenly, she bent her head down and nudged her cubs softly.

Dash

His mum had taught him and Lunar about all the seasons, and so far Winter was his favourite. He jumped around and kept looking back as his tiny paws made little footprints in the snow. Already, the snow was beginning to gradually pile up. Dash rolled over onto his back and let the snow stick to his fur.

Lunar

She breathed out and saw steam! "Look, Mama. Smoke is coming out of my mouth!" she yelped. Excitedly, she twirled into the plains and fell down next to Dash. It was so much fun, being out in the snow. A snowflake landed on her nose, and it made her sneeze.

She walked into the clearing where Oscar's den was also. A beautiful river flooded in her eyes. Slowly, she bent down and looked firm at her cubs. "Whatever you do, don't go into the water." she told them seriously.

He nodded in agreement. Quickly, he turned to Lunar to see if she understood.

She looked at her mum, then at Dash, then finally she nodded. "Yes, Mama." she mumbled miserably.
