The male's wounds were still fresh and tender and one of the last things he wanted to deal with was an aggravated female. "Did you have something you wanted to say?" He eyed her curiously. She was one of his warriors, how did she feel about the short lived battle he wondered. Surely his pack was either happy about the newly appointed beta, or disappointed that Drogo hadn't just finished him off. He shook such thoughts from his mind and continued to await the warrior female's response.Name: Freya

The thought of flying away left Freya wondering and wishing. She wanted so badly to just leave everything she knew behind, yet the thought of doing so made her sad. She crawled out of the little makeshift den she had created and let out a long sad howl. The noised echoed off the trees around her until there was nothing but silence. Freya stood and shook herself before continuing on towards the Blackblood territory. Hopefully she was making the right decision.

Ira gave a short nod to Killian and followed after him for the patrol. Just as they go outside of the encampment she sighed, "Should we split up? It would be easier to cover more ground that way." She kept up in pace with Killian, but wanted to patrol on her own. Ira had never been good at small talk, and didn't really want to start now. Her main concern was checking the boarder and getting back to training the pack for retaliation......if Lillian ever decided that's what they were going to do. Ira couldn't figure out what the new alpha was ever thinking. She always seemed to wander off on her own and leave Asa in charge of watching the pack....That's not how a leader should lead. Ira thought all these things of Lillian, but kept it to herself. She would just have to wait for the right time. Bringing herself back to the present she looked to the lead warrior waiting for him to either tell her she could patrol off on her own or tell her it would be better for them to stick together.

Alec kept himself hunkered down low in the tall grassy area and waited for Adolph and Ashera to make their move on the prey. What was taking them so long? He wondered to himself as he watched the deer in front of him. The sun was just passed high noon now, which made it almost the hottest part of the day. Alec was beginning to feel the heat from the sun beat down on his back. He shifted uneasily under the scrutiny of the rays of light. If Ashera and Adolph didn't hurry up he was going to shrivel up to nothing. The thought made Alec smile. Being the decent hunter that he was though, he lay patiently in waiting for the right time to jump out.
