abby touched his flanks with her nose to instigate him. she pawed at his face, too, trying to engage her alpha. the retriever rolled onto her back, acting as if he had pinned her. "you got me!" she exclaimed softly, licking his face when he towered over her.

cruiser sighed, relaxed. he figured he would go on a little border patrol alone, everyone else seemed to be occupied anyway. the brute stood up and exited the makeshift camp. he padded through the forest, his head held high to scent anything suspicious.
