Levi gave a smug smile, feeling quite good about his find, "Thanks, you know, I had a hotdog this morning. You can have it if you want?" He offered sweetly, pushing the t-bone to her feet with his muzzle. He looked up at her, his piercing blue eyes twinkling in the sunlight.

"You sure? You found it, I'd hate to take it from you" she said kindly

Levi shook his head in protest, "No, no, I insist," He said with a smile. He caught himself staring into Kira's eyes and quickly diverted his attention elsewhere. Although Levi wouldn't admit it, he actually liked Kira. Quite a lot. But it's just another hopeless crush for him.

Levi smirked playfully at her offer "A quarter," Levi compromised, settling for that amount.

Barnabee roamed around the streets, his little heart beating against his chest at a fast pace. His amber eyes darted in every direction, hoping for any sign of his father. Barnabee caught a faint scent of dog, and not just an individual, a whole pack. He decided to go the pack of dogs, despite knowing how dangerous stray could be. Especially to a small, defenseless puppy like him.

"Fine" she said with a smile taking her share to a den like area made of junk from a junk yard

Levi smiled, watching her of to her den. He sighed happily, trotting over to his own den which is just an up-turned dumpster with no rubbish in it. He lifted the flaps up with his muzzle then went inside to eat his share of the t-bone.

Barnabee noticed a pup about the same age as him, he run over to her excitedly, "Hi!" He yipped, nipping the white puppies ear playfully.
