Cherry tapped her quickly. "Hiddenpaw!"

"Cherry." Hiddenpaw mumbled, froze and not looking up.

[howl.]

Thrushclaw stiffened. He sniffed the air again as another breeze passed by, ruffling his pelt. He sighed. He could scent Whitefoot, who was heading in his direction. He wants to talk to me again? Well, I'll see what the "all-noble deputy" has to say, he let out a small chuckle from the thought. His eyes narrowed and he blinked rapidly as another breeze blew sand into his eyes. He shook his head, attempting to get the sand out.

[tacocat.]

Whitefoot ran up to Thrushclaw. "Would you lead a patrol? And if you see Hiddenpaw, bring her back. I expect she's gone after some LightningClan cat. What's his name... Cherry?"

"What's wrong, Hiddenpaw?"

"This is probably the last time I will be seeing you for a while." Hiddenpaw mewed, her tail lashing.

Thornclaw walked into the warriors den

"Why? I'll be a warrior in the next half moon at the most. I can see you then."

[howl.]

Thrushclaw flicked an ear, not looking at Whitefoot. He shifted slightly, keeping rather stiff. His ears busily moved as he listened intently at the sounds around him. Cherry? That's not a Clan name. Guess LightnignClan took in some rouge, he thought with an un-seeable shrug. He got up. "I'll lead the patrol," he said gruffly, turning back towards camp. Maybe on the way back I can pick up some rabbit fur for Thrushkit and Cougarkit.

"I know..." Hiddenpaw shrugged,

"Thanks!" Whitefoot called after him. He dashed back towards camp. "Who do you want to go with you?"

"Then... why not?" Cherry looked as though he was being betrayed. "If you don't want to see me, just say so. I'm going now." He turned and dashed toward the camp.
