Amira pinned her ears back. "You're not my stallion. You can't order me or Tamar." She then noticed Comet and nickered to him softly. She reared up and spun around. Tamar rolled her eyes and went back to grazing.
Cvalia looked at her. "I smell a band of stallions. If Comet is running his mares that hard then he's scared. Comet doesn't scare easily."

Goldie grew uneasy, "Oh no...that's really not good. Oh no..." she muttered and danced a bit.

Cavalia nipped her softly. "Stay with me. Go inside the cave. The vines make it hard to see." He nudged her toward the cave gently.

Goldie did as the stallion said. She was scared and he seemed like a nice horse, she could trust him. She cantered beside him following him to his cave.

He nickered to Dahlia to get inside. He knew Rose and Shady were already inside. "Unless you two want to be snaked get in here now. There is enough room. Even Comet and his herd can join us if he wishes." Tamar and Amira trotted over to him obediently. The idea of being snaked scared them into obedience.

The commotion woke Shady up to find Cavalia entering the cave with three other mares, "what's happening? What's wrong?" she asked. She hoped that stallion Comet wasn't trying anything outside.

Goldie followed Cavalia inside his cave where there were other mares. She hoped she wasn't intruding on his herd.

"There is a group of bachelor stallions headed this way. I got these three safely out of the way. I only hope Comet heard me when I said the cave was big enough for his herd also." Cavalia nudged Goldie softly. "You aren't intruding."

Shady sighed relief, "Oh, well I hope everyone is alright." she asked.

Shady laughed, "I said the same thing!"
