Amigo stepped back and then felt something crash into him. "Duke!" He yipped. He got to his paws and looked at Duke. "Scram!" He barked at him. Duke tucked his tail between his legs and ran. Amigo looked down the alley one more time, then fled like rabbit.

Harley glanced back seing the dogs and he snarled "get away mutts!" he snapped and then flicked his tail madly and then bared his teeth at them. noce he saw them run he turned back to the female and walked to her side and then looked at her "what do you say" he said softly

Butch ran after his friends, trying to keep up. He saw them turn into a pathway between two small houses. He followed. "Wait up!" He barked. Then turned into the pathway. He came to a stop, panting. His long fur wasn't good for this climate. He watched as Duke lead Amigo to a fence and climbed over. Amigo did the same. They were on a different street now.

Butch stood there, watching as Amigo and Duke dissapered. He sighed. They could go anywhere, and they could be anywhere by now! Shaking his head, he knew there was no point in following them. He would just have to wait 'till they came back for him.

Red and Rider laid in the cool shade of the shadow of a dumpster in a dark alley. "Atleast it's cold." Rider murmured tiredly. He pinned his ears and rested his head on his paws. Red kept his head high and alert, making sure no one was around.

Butch walked around the street. All he could do was wait. He sighed. As long as he stayed around here, he could look for food. He started over to a trash can in front of a house, and tipped it over. It landed with a crash and ting and all the waste spilled out. Butch licked his lips and wagged his tail. He pushed through the human rubbish and came to a smelly meat. Butch wrinkled his nose at the sent of the rotten food, but he bite down hard and started chewing.
