Tawn circled the lake silently; twining around the edges of the pond, her eyes searching for signs of movement. She locked into focus as soon as she saw a gleam of a scale, freezing in her position. She lunged forward and captured the fish, and she resurfaced, scales covering one paw and the fish hanging from one claw. She layed it to one side, and continued her search.

Midnight rested his head on his paws and gazed up at the sky. Snowflakes fell softly on his nose, making him sneeze. His large ears twitched from side to side. He could hear something in the distance. "Hmm" he said, walking over to where he thought the sound was coming from. "It's coming from the meadow" he said, breaking into a run.

My name is Echo. I am about two and a half years old. And, as you can see I am a female. As for my rank, I am a soldier.I am fairly small, but I am strong for my size. My pelt color is very red, I have a white under belly, along with white tail tip, and I have black paws, and ears. I have grayish blue yes. I have a small scar on my ear. I can see and hear very well. I can get distracted easily, and it is hard for my to fight since im so small. I am shy, and usually keep to myself, but I have a great sense of humor if you get to know me. I can be very, very stubborn at times. I am kind to most other foxes, except when they make me mad, of course! Some might say im determined... a little too determined. For my history.. I was born a loner, and when I was really really young my mother brought me here. She left and I never saw her again. I am happy here now, and I enjoy serving my clan. I am very calm, and easy to get along with. On the other hand, I get offended easily, and its hard for me to tell if people are lying or not. I have no crush, and I definitely have no mate! I have no family in the clan, and I don't even know if my mother is alive.

((Well, Ashfur and Tawn are by the river. Ash is just leaving. You can jump in there if you want. ))

Tawn glanced over at the pile, which now consisted of a few fish. Their cold, lifeless eyes glared at her, as if to make her feel guilty. But she didn't flinch; she wasn't easily shaken. She decided to keep her eye on the small inlet into the deeper forest; a perfect hunting spot, providing huge bushes, undergrowth, shade; and a particularly prosperous oak which were all perfect to lurk in and survey potential prey. She was concealed behind the oak when a small whisper of a rustle perked her ears; and she swiftly lunged forwards, silent like a ghost mid-air, deciphering exactly where the prey was judging by the rustles and scent, and she rose with a plump rabbit. She tossed it onto the pile, and slipped behind a bush, whilst glancing over the lake for ripples.
