Blue Moon Adopts Role Play!

"Daze, you keep to yourself." Xavier snarled at the lead hunter when he heard the wolfs previous blunt remark. "I apologize, I hadn't noticed anything wrong with your brother. I just came here to tell you to show some respect to the newcomers." He flicked his tail in annoyance. He nodded his head at Blaze quickly to acknowledge him, but then turned around. "White Flame!" He barked, padding over to the beta, completely ignoring whatever Daze would say next, "I'm going to my den now. I do not want to see anyone for the rest of the evening. If there is a problem, you, and only you, are to report to me." He waited for a moment to see White Flames response. Looking into the beta's eyes gave him a small amount of relief from his stressful day.

Star paced in her den. She cringed in annoyance as she walked. "I'll rip his throat out." she thought. "I could sabotage his trail!" She shook her head. "No, no. Xavier would kill me." Her thoughts were much to jumbled for her to keep track of. She felt angry, annoyed, sad, scared, and so many other emotions all at the same time. She just wanted to howl in frustration. She stopped pacing, closed her eyes, dug her claws into the dirt, and took a deep breath.

Daze hide his surprise with a blank expression as Xavier lashed out on him for a second. "Thanks anyway. I was only trying to start a conversation. Nothing disrespectful, sir," Daze replied and smirked, but he had meant what he had said. He watched the alpha leave and turned back to Blaze. "Well, anyways, I am Daze," he sighed and raised an eyebrow at the newcomer, "You?"

White Flame almost jumped out of his fur when Xavier called out his name. He listened carefully to the alpha's instructions and nodded his head. "Okay," he replied and searched the brute's eyes for some kind of sign of what he was thinking. "Hey, are you alright? I mean you seem upset." He asked and bit his tongue, for part of him regretted asking.

Xavier sighed heavily. All of the frustration and anger he held inside seemed to come out in the breath he let out. "It has just been a long day, that is all." He manadged to give White Flame a small smile before turning to walk away.

"Yes it has," White Flame sighed and faked a smile. His heart sank as Xavier turned to walk away; he felt that all of today's events had led up to him being able to talk to Xavier one-on-one, and even though that had happened, it hadn't seemed to mean anything. He turned to walk over to the hunter's den in order to check on Star, but he glanced back at Xavier for a moment before looking back at the ground.

White Flame padded over to Star and ducked into the huntress den. "Hey," he said genteelly and cocked his head to the side, "Are you alright?" He sat down once he was inside the den and smiled sheepishly at the light blue fae.

"Hm, let me see." Star paused and sat down. "You let a wolf who attacked me and tried to overthrow my brother into the pack... Yeah, I'm great!" She snarled angrily. Her fur raised as she looked at him. "He challenged Xavier. Challanged him! But you are to freaking nice to protect your pack. Your brother even. Me, your best friend." She shook her head. "And your lover." She said this slowly and coldly.

White Flame

White Flame, at first, opened his mouth to try and reason with Star or perhaps try to calm her down. When she said those last words, he flinched away and let out a menacing snarl. He stood defensively with his fur on edge. White Flame quickly turned and exited the den without saying another word. He felt sick. A mixture of emotions flooded into him, and he wanted to throw up. White Flame bit his tounge and closed his eyes for a second.

Star howled in anger. Inside she felt horrible. She wasn't mad at White Flame in particular, but she couldn't contain her fury. "So that is how it is? You're just going to run away from all your problems? I should've known! You were always just a wuss inside. You are only beta because everyone here pitied you!" She barked after him.

White Flame ignored Star and continued to walk away. He was having a hard time keeping his cool, but he knew that if he broke, he might never be able to get a hold of himself again. He kept a blank expression on his face as he padded back to his den. He ducked in side and curled up in a ball on the floor. How could Star say that? White Flame growled to himself and held in a sob; he could never seem to anything right.

Daze heard Star's angry howl, and he turned his head. He frowned as White Flame left Star's den in a hurry; it had been a while since the two of them had had a major fight. His paws itched to go and check on Star, but he decided to wait for a second in the hope that she might calm down a little.

(Yeah... But, White Flame does need to toughen up.)
