Samson had barely been able to sleep. He wasn't used to sleeping inside. He had skipped breakfast; as tempting as it was, eating every day still felt... strange. Like a betrayal. He didn't like eating next to the other dogs anyways. So, he had taken to exploring the mansion, making note of his new surroundings. Being inside was also very, very strange. Samson didn't like it, the walls, the ceiling, any of it. The grey dog came trotting down one of the central hallways, and realized that the glass doors were open. With a smile the scruffy dog made his way outside, though his smile fell once he spotted some of the other dogs lounging by the pool. He recognized Juliet quickly, which only further prompted him to avoid contact with the dogs by the pool. She had told him he couldn't leave the mansion. The white German Shepherd seemed decent enough, but that alone made Samson dislike her and the mansion. He stuck to the shadows, hoping Juliet and the other dog wouldn't notice him as he tried to explore.

Her mind raced as she tried to guess what surprise the shepherd had in store for her. Perhaps it was a group activity, or a special job. Then again, it could be something Senice was unlikely to appreciate. If this "plan" required her to leave her comfort zone, Senice was far more likely to try to get out of it. After a few minutes of watching Dimitri from a distance, Mepe still could not decipher what he was doing in the ocean and opted to leave him alone. He gave his pelt a hearty shake and continued trotting down the beach, along the treeline. Mepe had enjoyed his morning walk, but he should really be getting back to the rest of the Verona dogs. He was quite close by now, and already wondering if anything of interest had happened in his absence.

The brute laid upon some sand, shifting every so often to get comfortable. He was alone at the moment, his gaze that of a bored one. His chain hung loosely around the bottom of his neck and pooled against the sand. His long, pointed ears twitched, swirling forward to listen to the soft sounds of the crashing waves. Tatsuo rested his large against on top of his paws, body relaxed. Even if he was a knight in this pack, he needed some time alone. He wanted to be by himself, to be able to think whatever he wants to. He's also a bit tired, eyes heavy from lack of sleep. Though, right now wasn't the time for a nap, deciding to keep himself up so he could watch over the pack.
