Kesi looked up to find a large brute who he had seen before. The ground shook lightly, startling the small pup. He looked at Grimsley with curiosity, wondering what game they were going to play. He gave a small yip and decided they were probably playing tag. He ran around in circles, waiting for the older wolf to chase him.

Grimsley
For a moment Grimsley thought Kesi would automatically flee and readied himself to quickly pounce and grasp the pup by the throat. However, upon closer inspection Kesi did not appear to be afraid. Rather it looked as though he seemed think the beta's presence was a positive one that would result in a game. Grimsley chuckled lowly and regarded the pup with a savage look in his eyes. He would kill him with a swift bite to the neck and then abandon the body, he decided. He was certain his pack-mates would realise from his lingering musk that he had been the likely cause of death... but then why would they care? Surely Grimsley was doing them a favour by ridding them of this pathetic whelp.

When Kesi started to run in circles Grimsley prowled straight towards him, not even bothering to humour the pup by joining in the game. He paused momentarily before pouncing forward with a snarl. He snapped his jaws but Kesi's circle-running caused him to get only a mouthful of thin air. His eyes narrowed as he readied himself for another go. "Be a good little runt and stay still."

Laika padded away from the group, her paws leading her back to the Dam's den. The cold, yet stuffy den was stilled. Laika walked in there, the entrance of the den feeling warm. She went to a corner, curling up; she was going to sleep.

He gave out a sort of laugh as the brute missed. He continued to run around in circles. Kesi grew an idea and scrambled up a tree, looking down at his new playmate. He jumped from branch to branch, having had experience in this game. He gave Grimsley a 'you can't catch me' look and his tongue lolled out playfully as he continued skipping throughout the branches.

Aspen woke from his quick nap. He quickly rose to his feet and shook off the dust that had collected on his fur. He sniffed around looking for any creatures. He soon gave up, and sighed at his tracking abilities. He looked around for someone to talk to and went up to Mahlia.
"Hey! How are you doing today?" Aspen grinned and his tongue rolled out of his mouth lazily.

Zoro's ears pricked the the sound of other wolves talking around camp. 'Time to make myself useful if others are going to chat...' He grumbled raising to his paws and trudging out of camp into the forest. He'd patrol the territory and make sure the enemy pack didn't cross. He wouldn't care if a patrol would jump him he could take them on probably. Scenting the air he headed for the border line.

Ghost returned to her den with the small mouse held gently between her fangs. She dropped it carefully on the floor and looked around. Where was Kesi? She had told him to stay. She began to sniff around to find his strange foreign scent. She followed it out of the den, grumbling to herself. This pup was going to be hard to look after, his curiousity was dangerous.
Ghost halted instantly as she saw Grimsley with Kesi, a killing look in his eye. "Grimsley!" She barked, fangs bared and ears up and alert. "What are you doing?" She walked slowly toward him, cautious of his bloodlust.

Nix wandered through the camp, tail swishing with glee at the new morning. His head was still pounding from his run in with the tree earlier that day and he was considering all the plants he new that could remove it. It turned out he knew none, as he wasn't a healer, but he was pleased with himself for considering the possiblility.

Tigan raced over to Nix, tired of not having anything to do. The delta now walked beside the Subordinate, noticing how happy he was. Since that was sort of Tigan's job, he was pleased with himself. "How're you doing?" Tigan asked, looking over at Nix. "I feel pretty great," the brute said, "as I don't really have anything I need to get done today." he said, feeling energetic.

Nix whipped his head around as Tigan approached and his tail began to wag at a faster rate. "Hey Tigan!" He yipped, coming to a halt to greet his friend properly. "I'm great! My head's a bit ouchy, but I'm sure it wont last long." He grinned toothily and bounced slightly on his paws. "That's great!" Nix agreed as Tigan explained how he was feeling. "It's always nice to have some free time. You could do anything!"
