Dusk's tail flicked in annoyance at the wolf's comment, his amber eyes switching from anger to slight boredom. He was about to defend himself with a quick and well placed comment but instead let is slide. With eyebrow raised curiously, Dusk repeated his question, though it had lost the growl from before. "And, I should be entitled a name and a reason for stepping into my pack grounds. So, if you don't mind. Name please."

Brechen's grin never faltered as Dusk repeated his question and he responded as such.
"Oh but that wouldn't be a fair trade. You get what you deserve and I must deny myself my rights? I suppose some things just aren't fair, eh? For that is in my interest. My name is Brechen, and I have come to be a part of this pack...no no no no...let me rephrase myself. I have come to take over this pack."
His grin grew wider and he took a step forward.

Black tipped ears flicked backwards, a clear sign of Dusk's irritation with this new wolf. Brechen. Dusk corrected himself, his amber eyes narrowed at the wolf before him. Who knew a grin could be so unsettling... He mused to himself without the slightest hint of mirth. Instead of lunging upon Brechen, he instead perked his ears upwards and stood in his place even as Brechen took a step forwards. "Why would someone like you want a pack like this?" Dusk questioned, an empty smile taking over his face. "If they can hardly handle the merge we put them through, I doubt they'd stick around for a new alpha."

Treason watched the whole thing, she couldnt believe what she had just heard. Dusk on the other hand said to 'stay put' but at this point she didnt care, she approached her Dusk's side " Why do you wish to take over Our pack, eh? There's nothing here for you. If anything you'll regret even stepping foot in our territory." Treason's eyes narrowed into a glare, her lips curled into a snarl while she determinedwhat would happen next, Two against One seems fair enough. But then again theres still Polarus. She may not be the strongestbut alteast she can try and hope for the best.

"Oh no, no! You both have me totally wrong! I don't want it now, I can handle just being a member for a while. Until things settle down." Somehow the grin still kept its place on Brechen's face.
"For now, I thank you for your kind invitation."
With a yawn Brechen shook his head carelessly before trotting over to Dusk's den. "I like this little hole right here. If you don't mind I'll just make myself at home!" Without waiting for an answer he disappeared into the den.

Amber eyes blinked once, then twice before seeming to grasp at what had just happened. He just...and then...my den. Glancing over at Treason, slightly embarrassed he sighed. "Erhm...well then..." He trailed off before turning to where Brechen had made himself very much at home. Blast you Polarus. Where are you? Even though the other wolf had been alpha in less time then Dusk, he was the one to deal with types like these.

Now that he had claimed his den, Brechen popped his nose back outside and, with the grin back, asked, "Where exactly might I find some food? It's been a while since I had a meal and my stomach is hollow."
This was such a nice place. Everyone was so nice. Brechen wasn't used to getting such a good-willed reception.
