Athena turned to hear the cheery and inviting voice of Shadow. "Hello, Shadow." She greeted back. "I'm doing quite alright. Although, the weather is sort of dreary." She replied, gesturing to the grey sky that stretched out above their heads. She listened intently to Shadow's next question. Athena was decent at healing in her opinion. She had learned quite a few things to fixing up scrapes and bruises. "Hm, I'll try to find something." She said. Suddenly, Beauregard passed by, dipping his head respectfully. She gave a quick nod to him. Beauregard had snapped at a few dogs in her pack, and he had also kept his guards up and not really tried to talk to any of them. She couldn't decide if she liked him or not. Maybe she would attempt to talk to him after she had helped Shadow. She focused back on the dog before her. "Hold on." She began rummaging through a nearby pile, trying to find anything useful. Cans wouldn't help. Plastic wrappers wouldn't either. Her nose suddenly hit a piece of fabric. A dirty rag. It was cold and damp from exposure to the rain. The coolness of it could soothe the pain. She trotted back to Shadow, the rag in her mouth. "Where does it hurt?" She asked. If it was one of his legs, she would tie it on. If it was somewhere else, like his back or head, she could simply place it on.

► "It is stormy today, isn't it?" Shadow said, smiling a little. Then he shrugged, "E'ryone could use the rain, though. Haven't seen one puddle in a while." Shadow looked up at the sky, and chuckled when a raindrop splashed onto his nose. When he heard Athena's response to his question, he smiled. Good, someone who knows healing. It was hard to find someone who did know, since it's not like you can find the needed herbs in the city unlike the forest. He watched as she brought out a cloth. "It hurts around my ribcage and a little at my back." Shadow said, pointing at his ribs.

It was a bit hard for the tall dog of a simple one hundred and fourteen point three pounds to not tug on the leash. The mix of several scents ranging from the possible rain, do the scent of cats and other dogs. Amunet tried not to tug too hard on her hot pink leash that John was having some trouble keeping her on leash. Finally seeing the urgency in the tall fae, he stooped down onto one knee and moved so they were facing each other. Anxious to get away of course, Amunet licked his face, and he chuckled before unhooking her. She yipped happily before bounding off at a fast pace. She raced down a few paths of which she had memorized by heart before following new scents to where she new her followers would be, Sniper and Pongo. She came up behind the duo, bumping in between the two. "Hey, she said giving their snouts a friendly lick. She stood taller than both of them by a little bit, being a large breed with longer legs and a thinner body. "What are you two talking about?" She asked teasingly before raising her head again and looking about. So far, not mutts had made their way to them.

Ica's dark brown ears perked up when his name was called upon, and he chuckled back before starting to pace around the building, sniffing at broken corners for any signs of rats or mice. They'd thought those rodents had left knowing the danger they'd put themselves in, but a few were found a week, depending on the situation and hunter/huntress who was doing it. He huffed a breath before turning his head a bit to see the rest of the pack looking expectantly at Fenix. He quickly gave up on his search for food, but he always gave a side glance to the areas where the mice were more plentiful and found more easily. "So your saying lets do a rain dance?" The chocolate coloured dog barked out to Fenix, trying to brighten the dreary mood from their shoulders. Ica was always trying to brighten the mood, but that didn't always work for him. Especially when someone gives him the cold shoulder for a while and he has no idea what he did. But thats why Fenix was in charge, and Ica was happy just a follower, nothing to worry about except food for himself. "Well, maybe we should walk along the perimeter of one area and then if we come up empty, go to another place." His plans weren't the best really, but he always tried to impress the others. He gave his best to his questions and hoped they were good enough.

[sorry i did not post with others. i was in a bit of a hurry.]

Phoebe, Athena, Shadow, and Beau. he continued thinking, just as Ica began to speak. he rolled his auburn eyes at the Malinois and opened his maw to speak. "If a rain dance must happen, so be it!" he said with a light laugh, standing onto his four legs and shaking out his black and white pelt. then the brute spoke once more, pondering the idea about going in search of food or prey. they had an entire forest to scavenge, but the luck of catching something was just short of their paws. "perhaps we will go into groups and split up. for instance, Ica let's say you go with Rain. you two would go off into the forest and search for food or prey. while me and Amsterdam go in a different direction. perhaps towards the south part of the forest?" he said, letting his tail wag behind him at his semi-good idea. "though we would have to round up the others." he finished starting to figure a plan out in his mind. three could go to town, four to the west part of the forest, and three towards the park and east side of the forest. it seemed almost brilliant. it was just as to who would work well with each other.

i'm undoubtedly a realist and i won't hesitate to give it to you straight. i guess it's just apart of being a labrador. i won't lie to you, i did protest coming to the hotel because i'd much rather find entertainment trudging through mud or poking around in a forest, but i guess i don't have the final decision afterall. i am a mature dog aside from the scrounging and discovering i do, and i figure you'll know about it pretty soon. i don't much like wrestling or rolling around like a puppy, even though i am only two years old. i enjoy the quiet, so don't be surprised if you find me alone, though i do like certain company. my looks don't matter much to me, but i would describe myself as an average sized labrador with a sandy coat. i have a softer coat than most, and i have blue eyes instead of some hideous brown color. i have a tail that follows my body loosely and you can easily tell my mood by the attitude of my tail. i am a little more muscly than other females do to the treks i have back home in the woods, and i can be quieter in my footsteps than other dogs of my kind- slightly like a ghost. i'm not unkind, just misunderstood sometimes. i don't bite- but i' not afraid too. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________█

Hello there, you may call me Spectrum. An unusual name, maybe, but unique nontheless. I belong to the breed of Dalmatian and I happen to be a chocolate one of the male gender. We're uncommon, but not scarce. I'm about 3 years old, so fairly young, but I'm considered mature for my age. I tend to take my time about things and I'm never hurried. If you find me puzzling over something minor that doesn't really matter; please don't be alarmed as I'm a perfectionist as they call it. Viewing nature and small things that other people might look past are all things I enjoy and do frequently, so the dogs who enjoy the fast life would probably consider me to be a bore. I'm a greatful dog and that's for sure, but I'm the kind that does occasionally take things for granted. I've lost a lot in my life because of the unruly habit and I try desperately to break it. I grew up as a pup with my mother; for my father was simply a stud on the other side of the country. I was purchased at a few months old and then later abandoned when my elderly owners died and I took over and managed my own life on the streets; soemthing I have no problem with because I tend to do better on my own doing things my own way. I've never been in love with a lady, though I see pretty ones occasionally and wouldn't ever mind striking up a chat. I find myself different from everyone and I accept that it's okay to lay back from the loud life and enjoy the smaller things that were meant to be enjoyed.
