Chloe looked back at him,"It's find,The humans always hated me with other males.Once my best friend was a male and we were playing with each other then they tookl him and beat him." She sighed.
Amak winced. "That's not very nice," he stated before smiling gently. "I'll be your friend, if you want. Humans around here don't really bother me all that much. Why, once I was mistaken for a wolf-bear! And, I'm good at fighting along with defending," he chuckled. "You wouldn't have to worry about me getting taken by the bad humans." He was rambling, but having fun as well.
Chloe pawed at him,"Well now,Amak ima go take a rest."She nudged the door close and trotted to her pile of hay.Chloe wrapped up in a ball and looked at Amak.
Amak blinked, tilting his head as his hind loudly fell against the barn floor. Shoot, clumsy me, he thought, head then turning down as he sat. "Sure, would you like me to go?"
Amak thought Chloe looked troubled, so he shuffled over, laying beside her, whispering gently. "You looked a little cold," his smile was soft as he rested his big head on his rather large paws.
Slowly, since Amak wasn't that tired, his eyes closed in comfort. The heat, as little as it was, seeped its way through his thick winter-y coat causing delightful warmth to spread through him. Not wanting Chloe to feel any more cold, he wrapped his big, bushy tail around her before ultimately falling into a light doze.
He jumped slightly, eyes shooting open before smiling gently. "Sorry, Chloe. I guess I couldn't help myself," his rather deep voice was husky after sleep, eyes still with a little sleep within them.
