The brute fixated on Starlight's territory, his gaze retraining to look over the two territories. He huffed, two packs being so close together made no sense. As much land as there was, there was a reason for their divide. "It's better to rip it off before someone gets hurt." he spoke once again. He had never been in love or even cared enough about anyone to know how Gauge was feeling. However, he knew that withholding frequently brought on more pain than necessary. The tip of his ears lurched forward at the whistling wind and overpowering scent from the border. His fixation canceled as Blaze spoke about his upbringing. Milo motioned a nod toward him, understanding where he was coming from. "While I wasn't born here, I agree. From what I hear, being considered for the Lead fighter rank means something." he attempted to cheer the other up. It seemed that proving himself meant a lot to him. From Milo's point of view, he could understand what Blaze was after. "You'll make a great leader and I look forward to it." he dipped his maw out of respect and turned his attention back to Starlight's territory. He laughed lightly, not at Blaze's story, but at the comment about Starlight. "Not much of anything, putrid if you ask me." he swiftly joined the fighter in his antics. Only for the sake of the moment and a few good laughs. "Maybe one day, Redmoon will do away with them. We have to be ready for the war when it starts." he aggressively whipped his tail.

- The wolf took a deep breath as she looked over the group of wolves. Each of them shared that they were in one tact. Her commanding them to take on the large animal was a bold move. Any one of them could have gotten hurt, but she was thankful that they did not. She nodded in agreement with their hunt. “We have reeled in enough to last us a few days.” she agreed. Her attention was soon swiveled when Hakuren spoke, ears perked up in his direction. “You all are important. We cannot have any more accidents.” her voice grew firm, but not harsh. She wanted them all to understand that they were the only source of food for the pack. “Miracle, can you take the hares to camp? Hakuren, Mikage, and Kuroyuki carry the elk please,” she said before she trotted over to the remaining deer. She stepped over the thin carcass and locked its scruff in her maw. “Good work team, let’s go !” she barked. Before any of them could get a word out, Athena was on her way back to camp. Her tail waved towards the sky. She felt extremely pleased with herself, the team accomplished a big meal today.
Occasionally, Athena would look over her shoulder at the other wolves. She needed to ensure that no one was having trouble carrying their latest catch. Her mouth nearly oozed with drool just thinking about the food. Which in turn made her stomach growl, loud enough for anyone near to hear it. It did not take too long for her to return to the pack, the sight of their previous - now depleted food pile made her ecstatic. Athena dragged the deer along, stopping every once in a while to readjust the animal in her teeth. Her mouth filled with a mixture of liquids. When she finally reached the food pile, she dropped the deer like hot trash. The huntress waited until all the food had made it to the pile, before filling the sky with her howls. It was to signal everyone that the food had arrived. “Cypher will be delighted to see our score today.” she cheered.

The oversized wolf looked down at Juniper as she explained a few things to him. He felt himself sighing, relaxing his shoulders as if there had been a weight on them. He caught a glimpse of her smile and allowed himself a sliver of one."One day you will experience that feeling like no other." He told her, well more so hoped for her. She was completely right that many wolves would see her disability and look the other way. Louie knew that finding love must have been a rough track for her and decided it was time to get off the topic. "Thank you, Juniper." He respectfully dipped his maw. He almost said something but was interrupted by the sound of Athena howling. The food had finally arrived and he hoped that there was plenty left. "I - I have to go and check on the pups." he spoke as the huntress finished her howl. "See you later?" his raspy voice called to her. After she responded, he made his way back to the rest. Kiyu jumped out of the bushes and next to Louie, failing her mission to startle him. "Maybe next time pup, go eat." he ushered the young wolf. Louie gently pushed her towards the food and soon she was off too. "Yomi, Kuroi, Kairo - food is here." he called out to the pups. He was sure they heard the howl too, but he wanted to ensure the pups ate before the adults. His massive paws stomped through the snow, leaving a path to the food behind him.
