Zephyr stood far from Crystal Shadow, at least as far away as she could without being disrespectful. Her eyes went from Atlas to Raycon wondering how everyone had ended up like this. All these changes so fast.

Raycon looked over at Zephyr. He nuzzled her. "It'll be okay."

Zephyr leaned into him. "I know, but its a lot to take in." She tried to remain hopeful about what was to come.

"Can I at least talk to them?" Stem asked.
Crystal Shadow didn't answer.
Twig sneered. "His great and wondrousness, our Lord and Master, does not speak to omegas."
"I thought you were an omega."
"No, I am his beta, proud to serve under his magnificence."
Crystal Shadow started laughing manically. "For your information," he said, looking over Stem, "this little weasel is a desperate suck-up. But it's always nice to have one, even if they always turn out to be cowards."
Twig squeaked.

Atlas looked at star. "Yes thank you!" He dipped his head to her. Atlas padded over to Crystal Shadow, "I would like to be Beta! I will challenge Twig if I must." He announced. He dipped his head low, respectful.

Raycon smiled. "I am too but at least we are together."

Crystal Shadow smiled. "You seem young. Strong." He glanced at the extremely nervous Twig. "Intelligent. A place at my side would serve you well."
Stem smiled weakly, but he could shake the constant feeling of uneasiness.
