Luhua sighed. Sheik had taken care of her. She would take care of him. The female heard the sounds of a mouse making it's way across the snow, so she turned around, crouching down and studying the mouse. Being injured caused her to move slow, and her pounce was sloppy as she caught the mouse by it's tail. She bit into it's neck, then carried the small creature to Sheik, dropping it by his mouth. Licking the blood from her lips, the thin female laid down beside him, trying to keep him warm the best she could until he moved.

It took a moment, but his nose twitched. He cracked his eyes open, staring at the mouse. He gulped. Apparently, his body wanted food over rest, and he forced himself to crouch, and eat the mouse. It wasn't much, but it was enough to get his blood pumping. He looked at Luhua "Sorry about that...i haven't slept in days, but apparently i need food more then rest. His voice was wobbly, and he swayed as he stood. "We need to get going..." He spun around and quickly made sloppy steps back towards his den

Hyou laid under a tree. Every single bit of her wounds were blackened, ruined by the cold and her lack of treatment. She could no longer move, only pray for death. Her fur wasn't glossy at all, instead dull and rather greasy.

Luhua heaved herself to her paws, shaking the snow off herself. "It's fine, I understand." she replied to Sheik, taking one last look around, before following the male, her left side still numb with pain, but it was less. She could move more, considering she had just hunted. Sort of.

Sheik began to trot, then run, back to the den. He felt his strength start to fade, and knew that he needed to sleep. But, as always, it could wait 'till later. He suddenly froze, remembering the deer. He looked at Luhua "Go ahead and head to my den, i'll be right there." He trotted off

Luhua nodded, her body twisting as she started up the cliffside. She hadn't eaten in forever, and boy, had that mouse ever smelt good. The female hooked her claws on the ledge, scrabbling her way up, feeling like a weakling. Sliding into the den, Luhua sat down in a far corner, licking a cracked pawpad, her ears perked for any odd noise.

Sheik clawed his way up the tree, grabbing his untouched deer. He slowly started to drag it to the den, wincing from the effort. Suddenly he dropped the deer and spun around, hissing and clawing at...nothing. His ears drooped in confusion. He heard footsteps...he shook his head and continued dragging the deer up to the den. He dropped it at the entrance, panting.

[bonjour.]

Luhua snarled in a warning as the sound of something at the den entrance. The female crawled to the front, springing outside and knocking the other Leopard to the ground on it's back, pinning it down. "Who are-" she stopped, recongizing Sheik. "Oh my, sorry." she said sheepisly, ears flattening.

Sheik hissed loudly- then stopped, seeing Luhua. He pinned his ears and chuckled softly "Seems like we're both getting paranoid, arent we.." He flicked his tail towards the deer "Brought a deer." He said, simply.

Luhua smiled, backing off Sheik, looking at the deer, her mouth watering. "A little. I scented a male, I jumped to conclusions." she said, shrugging. "Thanks. We both need some food." she said, noting how Sheik had been panting, so she picked up the deer by it's scruff, starting to drag in backwards into the den for him.
