She sighed. "Whatever, mutt." She muttered and trotted off, looking around. Hmm... Perhaps she should have some food. She went and tripped a human, causing them them to trip and drop the hotdog they were holding, and she grabbed it slightly, walking off with it in her mouth. (She is still within sight range of Harley, I have no idea how to make him want her to join and thus chase her to join.)

Harley watched her walk off and he huffed "good ridence" he said to himself. Just as Harley was going to turn around he saw a human fall and lose its meal and saw the female run and grab it. He soon began to thing this dog be of some use to him so he barked at her once more and ran to her

"what now? Let me enjoy My second course in peace." Getting food was no trouble for her, and though she was thin, it was how her breed normally was.

Harley looked at her and then slowed to a stop infront of her and looked over her carefuly. He was going to ask her but he wanted to make sure she could live as a dog in his gang and he then lunged at Rika.

She dodged with ease. She started to walk of, convinced the Harley had gone crazy. "you can never hope to catch me mutt, I am an esteemed racer." (if you wanna corner he typical cannot do it with speed.)

Harley snarled and then ran a her, seeing how she was walking it shouldnt be hard for him. Harley had tekn in mind that it would be hard for him to catch her so he had a slight plan of his own but he was just hoping it would work

She started running elegantly, totally overshooting him with ease. She laughed back at him. "you really are crazy mutt, first you walk away, then you turn around and chase me? Not that you have a chance of catching me." the wind raced through her fur as she ran.

Harley grinned seeing how she was headed straight for the alley way. and he knew this would be his only way..he just hoped the female would run in it
