"I'm pretty sure I have what it takes......" The warrior didn't let down the alpha's expectations. Sure enough, Dante was the one to step up and call Drogo out telling him to remind him of the wolf he once was. Drogo stared at Dante with bloodlust in his eyes. An extremely white creature moved in the corner of Drogo's vision. It was Kotori the albino healer apprentice. We are not your enemies, sir." The white wolf pleaded about not wasting resources fighting among our own pack, and tried to convince Drogo that this was a bad idea. But at this point Drogo had already made up his mind. "I will do as I please.....it is my right as alpha. Now step back or you will be next." He snarled the words at the albino without taking his eyes from Dante in front of him. The black mass began to circle around the warrior thinking of the words to say, "I am driven with purpose, whether you see it or not. My purpose is to make sure my pack has all that it needs and wants! We have no room for weak minded wolves, and we will remove all those who stand in our way." As he came back around to the front of the wolf Drogo snarled. "But if you want reminded then so be it!" With his final words Drogo lunged at Dante teeth and claws flashing.

As Freya backed her way into the entrance of the healers den she noticed a white figure crawling out of it and towards the commotion. Kotori had made his way to the alpha and tried to convince him that he was making a mistake. Freya smiled at his efforts, even though she knew deep down that Drogo would never back down from a challenge. Kotori was the only one who was willing to step up and tell them that the fighting was useless. It seemed the alpha didn't care what the albino thought though, because he was already threatening him and lunging at Dante. Freya sighed and turned to walk away. She couldn't handle the hostility anymore. There had to be a better way to live. They golden wolf made her way to the edge of camp and looked back one last time at the group of wolves she had grown to call family. Maybe she would be better off somewhere else.

Alder's eyes shifted to the side at Ira's question. It made her curious as to what he could have actually been up to. The male bumped into Ira's hip playfully trying to reassure her. She returned his smile and kept pace as they moved up to Killian and prepared for the patrol. We won once, we can always win again. Alder's words stopped Ira in her tracks. She looked at him with hurt eyes, "But we didn't win, not really. Sure a few of us survived, but we lost our alpha and so many others." She stared down at the ground and tried to see how it could be considered a win. Anubis had wiped most of their pack out, and now they were living constantly on guard and having to send extra patrols just to ensure their safety. It felt more like they were prisoners in their own lives now. No, it felt like they were merely surviving. The white female took a deep breath and continued walking up to Alder's side. She remained quiet.

As they were making their way out of the encampment another wolf made her way to the group and joined them. Hello, I'm Comet. Alec smiled at her. He recognized her as a newer member of the pack. She hadn't been around long, and had only joined the pack shortly after the last war. "Hello Comet, I'm Alec." He tried to sound polite, but kept his voice low. They were out hunting, it wasn't the time for idle small chat. Do we know what we're gonna catch for the pack? Almost as though she had read his mind the new huntress had voiced his earlier question. He looked up to Adolph and Ashera with a curious glance. "Our lead hunter and delta have not told us what we are hunting yet. Just that we are hunting." He let out a quiet sigh and looked around hoping they weren't going to have to go too far to find a decent meal. It was after all the perfect season for the deer.
