Duke leaped into the cool water with a splash. His face open in a playful grin, he romped around, letting the water wash out of a weeks worth of street muck. As he jumped out, he noticed a human couple watching him, laughing. They were videotaping the boxer's antics.
Duke wandered over after he shook himself. He barked playfully and whined at the food in their hands. The man tossed his hot dog at Duke. Duke lunged at it and devoured the meat in quick bites. Waving his thick tail, Duke went in search of more food.
