Silent Whispers
Whisper lowered her head in submission, "I don't mean any trouble, I'm Silent Whispers." she snorted softly, not meeting the stallion's eyes, instead preferring to watch his hooves. Her entire champagne body was tense, quivering ever so slightly in fear.

Ginger came over and nudged German. "Dont scare the poor girl. Get! Go! If she wants to join then she can." she nipped German. "Hi there. He is just a big guy with a huge soft side. I am Ginger by the way. Nice to meet you. What is your name?" she lowered her head so it was equal with Whisper's.

He tossed his head and pinned back his ears as she scolded and nipped him. "I was just awkwardly trying to make conversation" he clarified before trotting a small distance away where he could still her their conversation. German knelt down and nipped the back of his fetlock and began to pour at the ground impatiently.

Silent Whispers
Whisper shrunk back, "Silent Whispers. Call me Whisper, I didn't mean to intrude, I can leave..I was just searching for my dam." she snorted, quivering and averting her gaze from the mare as she tried to explain herself.

"Not many herds are here. Who is your dam?" Ginger asked, in her usual soft silky voice.

Silent Whispers
Whisper shook her head, standing up a bit taller now that the stallion wasn't as close. "Her name was Silence in the Wind. We were separated in a forest fire. A herd of bachelors stole her, and when I came searching for her, I was snaked away by another stallion. When I finally managed to run away, she was gone. And I don't think I'm ever going to find her again." she snorted softly, looking up at the mare with a hopeful expression.

"The fire? I found a couple injured mares there, all alone. They made a herd and went off. You are welcome to come back if you wish, or stay." Ginger flicked her tail. She nuzzled the foal to help calm her.

Whisper shook her head wistfully, "I doubt it was the same fire, this one happened two winters ago. If you want me to stay, I'll stay, a herd means protection, right?" she snorted, watching the mare. As she'd told the stallion before, she didn't want trouble, and if the stallion would be mad if she left, she'd stay, she was naturally like this. Always pushing away her own opinion and doing what others wanted, she didn't mind being used, well, it always appeared as if she didn't, she did mind, greatly, but she didn't want to offend anyone.
