Spirit nodded. "I feel so inclined to make a rule for pups. Perhaps if they see a pup, from any pack, we will take them in? Even if we're at war with it's pack. No pup deserves to die"

"I understand, but what if we are in a situation where we can't support Pups ourselves?" Rock sighed, "I hate saying it, but if we can't support it either, it's doomed and we get pushed farther away from survival with another mouth to feed."
