Sandra hesitated for a moment then spoke. "Hi. Nice to know that I'm not the only one here." she woofed, her tail swooshing back and forth. She noticed the dog's wet fur and decided he must have been in the ocean not that long ago. She had a smile on her face although on the inside she feared that this dog would attack her, because she had no idea who he is so she had no way of telling if he was trust-able.

Sasha got half of the crashed cocoanut and took it to Sandra. "Hey I opened it finally." She said. "Here you go." She said.

The crackling of the flames, the overwhelming stench of smoke. The brightness of the fire as it drew closer to Lilly's cage was bearing down on her. Wheezing as she breathed, the Cattle Dog fought against the urge to just collapse and never wake up again. But that was never her way. Lilly never went down without a fight. As the surge of the ship sent her tumbling to her paws, a howl of pain was torn from her throat. Her brown eyes lifted their gaze up slightly as she heard the howls of the other dogs around her. Wrenching herself to her feet, Lilly threw herself against the bars of the cage, before the fire was too overbearing. She must've hit her head too hard, for she knew no more.

The smell of the smoke was still in her nostrils as her eyes fluttered open. The harsh light of the sun hit them instantly, and she shut them as quick as she had opened them. Am I dead? The thought filtered through her head, and she shook it once to rid herself of it. Sand filtered through into her nose, and she snorted, spraying it everywhere. She opened her eyes, daring them to adjust to the light. Her pupils compiled, and soon she studied the landscape before her. A deserted island. Oh great. A howl echoed not far away, and Lilly raised her head, pricking her ears. She could not help the bark that erupted from her throat. Excitement bubbled up inside her, but as she pulled herself upwards, pain seared through her paw and leg, causing her to collapse once again.

Max heard a dog howl nearby. He didn't know whether to go and find the dog or stay where he was, Well, it would mean some company... He thought, finally deciding on going to find the dog. He ran padded down the beach, still weary from swimming. The scent of dog was getting stronger, he must be close. "Hello?" Max barked when he saw the silloheute of a dog. He wondered if this dog was agressive or if it would be friendly towards him.

Sasha heard Maxes paw steps and walkdd over. "Who are you?" She asked.

Max turned around. "I'm Max...who are you?" He questioned, this dog seemed a little older than a puppy at most. He sat down and waited patiently for her reply, his tail slowly wagging trying to show that he was friendly.

Sandra got distracted, she smelled more dogs. How many dogs washed up here? She didn't care to go track down the other dogs though, she wanted to make sure that this dog was going to work with her. Now was not the time to make enemies, so to prevent it she tried to make friends. Anyways, this dog was the only company she had unless she went off into the jungle, looking for the others. "So... do you know if anybody else is here?" Sandra asked, looking at the dog before her.
