Piper walked quietly down the street. The humans were oddly quiet today and that was good for her. She crept past a mesh fence. A rottweiler sleeping inside and towards the garbage in the back by the garage. She tipped it over making a loud BANG! noise. "Oh, crap." She muttered. Now she knew that someone would come out and find her. Then she would wind up in the pound.

Rocky smiled at Ice and looked away remembering staring was rude.

Oliver nodded gentle and then said "You ok? But i only have some scratches that's all but i'm fine" he said and winked at her.

Piper dug around for a second, her little brown tail stump wagging as she pulled out a half eaten turkey leg. She quickly carried it away. She sat down in a bush near the park and ate the turkey off of the bone. She kept herself aware of her surroundings as she ate.
