Allita popped out of the water right I front of his nose, splashing him playfully. She avoided his play nips, swimming out into the middle of the lake. She barked, daring him to follow.

Brie--female--3.5 years--enclosure 2
Brie glared a him. "And who said I wanted to die?"

Rio--male--4 years--enclosure 1
Rio felt her move closer, and instinctively wanted to comfort her. He nudged her gently, much the way he had to the younger wolves in his pack when they were scared, or sad.

Rio thought for a moment. "Be happy for the times you had with him. Smile at the fond memories. But let go of pain in this time without him that you can't control. I'm sure he would want you to enjoy your life," Rio responded gently.
