Ace heard the other mares laughing, she snorted and kicked out with her feet throwing her head around she pinned her ears back.

Blaze didn't know why Ace was getting so worked up, "Hey Chill" Blaze nickered and bumped into Ace.

"Ditto that!" Rose laughed then caught sight of the young mare's pinned back ears.

Dahlia snorted. "Either way he'll have his hooves full." she said laughing and she trotted around Shady and Rose. "So what else is there to talk about that we haven't spoken of yet?" she asked to neither in particular.

She dropped her head low to the ground and snorted loud enough for them to hear, "Grandma's" Ace snorted bucking a bit.

Blaze sighed and took a couple steps back from the mare.

Being the lead mare Dahlia heard the younger mare, her nostrils flared at the word spoken. She was at her peak in life and that mare was probably four or three maybe two years younger than her. She trotted up to Ace. "Now what did you just call us filly?" she questioned her though she already heard her.

Rose gasped slightly and waited to see what would happen. She was ready to jump in if she needed to.

Ace pranced around, "Your heard me" She snapped kicking her back legs out, her hooves hitting the ground making it shake she was 3 and nothing but engry, she was lean with long legs and wide shoulders her ears were pinned back and her held head high.

Blaze stood behind Ace all you could see was he ears and her black legs.

Shady also felt offended by this radical statement from a cheeky filly like her. She backed Dahlia as best she could. Being a Friesian, she could be quite intimidating. She let a rumbling snort build deep in her throat as a warning.

Ace was close in size to the other mare standing only a couple inches shorter, she thought this was pretty funny how they all got so angry.

Blaze was tiny but wasn't about to let Ace her only friend get hurt, she was only about 15'4 and was shorted the black mare but she snorted and pinned her ears back.

Dahlia glared at the younger mare. "Watch your mouth." she said to Ace and stomped her hoof on the ground. She wasn't going to let some energetic, inexperienced mare call her a grandma, she hadn't even had her first foal yet.
