Angered sounds caught his interest. With all his willpower he stood, the tall male following the sound. Inferno trudged past as he heard a stallion, not wanting involvement. Pausing as he recognized the sight of the mare he had just helped he grew angered. A loud snort shot from his nose as he stood behind Dancer, tensed to deliever some damage to the stallion. No mare should be snaked after having her experience.

Urban Cowgirl stood quietly beside Inferno, trembling. Partly from the cold but another part of her shaking from being scared of this new stallion. She stomped her hoof as she nickered to Inferno. She stood quietly beside him and arched her neck up. She swished her tail and her coat quivered.

cloud He ate a small bit of what he gather but saved most of it for edge and dee. he lied down again. He would wait until they woke up before he fell asleep, he could tell it was much warmer with all of them in the cave together.

Jewel She smiled at the young and handsome stallion "no i dont have a stallion, she maybe i could join you" she said happily. She gently nuzzled the stallions warm nose. She shock her frozen forlock out of her face. (on my phone so it looks like three lines and im sorry if its not:))

Ghost reared back slightly, and her hooves just scraped some skin off. He was very riled up now, and he half-reared, his front feet striking the ground. His ears were pinned flat back and his eyes wild. He aimed another cruel bite at her, teeth bared, lip curled back, before rearing up and striking out stiff legged. If this mare really didn't want to submit, then she could either turn tail and get out of here, or die trying in his mind. He certainly wasn't going to allow her to get away with this insolence. He never let anyone get away with that kind of thing, particularly not mares who should generally be more mild mannered.

The sound of another horse moving in, made Ghost whip his head towards the direction of another stallion. His tail flicked back and forth angrily.
"What?" he asked in the direction of this other. He hadn't smelt this stallion on her, so as far as he was aware, this mare was a lone mare. So he didn't understand why another stallion was getting involved.

Inferno nosed Cowgirl before nudging her to get away from Dancer and the stallion. He did not ant anyone getting hurt. Inferno turned to the stallion with narrowed eyes. If Dancer chose to leave with the brute than she could. He would nit stop her. She was not his. The stallion only was protective over the mares he helped keep safe because he wanted them to stay well so they could be ready when going to find a herd. But hopefully jnot one led by a snaking idiot. Mares have lives and minds. They can use them however they wish. Maybe his military past made him as respectful as he was but he had no problem with it. Inferno made no reply to the stallion. Just glared at him. "She has a mind. Get over yourself and let her use it."

Another shrill squeal escaped Dancer's muzzle as she felt both hoof and teeth collide with her. She did a small rear with what energy she had left and aimed a good smack with her foreleg at his muzzle. She had seen this all before, the stallion that had closed in on her that long time ago, it was all happening again. Only this time, the young mare would do anything in her power to stop it. She whinnied to Inferno, her eyes now held a hint of fear.

Urban Cowgirl backed up a little, but she would not leave Inferno. She pinned her ears at the other stallion and watched Dancer and what she would do. She snorted and shook her dark mane. Her buckskin dapples contrasted with the white snow. She nickered to Inferno, "Inferno be careful." She took another step back but reared up a little, shaking her head at the opposite stallion.

Ghost almost snorted in amusement at the glare the other stallion gave him.
"Yes, she is a mare, mares belong in herds to be protected, not on their own. If you were so concerned, why didn't you take her yourself? Otherwise, you can't get angry over what others might do."
He eyed the other mare who was with him, as she did a little display though she seemed mild enough, but more than had his hooves full with this one. She didn't seem to understand that he would not back down at all. Her foreleg hit his nose and it smarted a little. He whirled around and lashed out full barrel towards her rib cage. He wasn't going to pay anymore attention to a stallion who wasn't man enough to control his mares. She wasn't even his to start with.

A whinny from Dancer told him he could get a little more protective.Her fear made him mad at Ghost. Having fought many times before he was not fearful as he stomped a hoof and lowered his large head as he moved to stand next to Dancer. Training gave him muscle mass and stamina. Flattening his ears the tall bay snorted lowly and glared at the stallion. "I will be honored if she chooses to stay but I like freedom. Why take it away like a big headed dimwit?"
