The wolfdog scanned the area for signs of Hydie but didn't see her. He shrugged, she had said she wanted to go on a patrol so that's probably where she was. He growled at any dog who ran too close to him. He hated the dog park but it was his safest best for waiting for Hydie. He couldn't risk the dog catchers. The young brute trotted to a nearby bench and crawled under, quite uncomfortable for the tall dog. He laid down and rested his head, keeping an eye out and listening carefully for the second in command.

renegade nose was stuffed with the filthy stench of strays, the smell reminded her when she was on the streets she hated it. she looked directly towards maverick, her ears perked and her teeth bared as she stood up, her eyes narrowed towards the tall dog. she had a small scar on her muzzle from her first dog fight she was put in when she was younger. she was untrusting of most dogs, especially strays. she muttered, "these damn strays." her owner was sitting down on her phone some distance off.
