The tall yet slender mare snorted and shook out her bright red chestnut coat as she looked at the two males. She tipped her ears off to each side as she studied them. She looked at Dove as he circled her, then back at Divinity as he spoke to her. She snorted as she said "That is quite a lovely coat. But how will you give it to me?"

Anselme tipped his head and pranced closer to the mare, a little more at ease. "Thank you for the praise darling, now you see, I love this coat very much so I can't exactly hand it over to you, but I surely can share. Tossing his head up, Anselme threw a buck, loosening his legs from the piling snow. "I'm sure you wouldn't like the cold to damage yours either." The stallion nickered, a hint of an offer hung in the air.

Colombian circled around again, standing behind the mare. It wasn't likely she could run well in the snow, and have two stallions who were on opposite sides of her, and get away at the moment. He nickered lowly to his brother for the all clear and stood with ears still alert, occasionally glancing towards the two. His pelt twitched and shiver ran up his spine, he hadn't realized how cold it was when he was away from his brother.

The little paint yearling had quite drifted from her mother the last couple of months. And wasn't very fond of her anymore, it was quiet like the filly had a good look at her mother and decided otherwise. Mind you, she had heard that Paige had been quite a fair kind mare at one stage. And it was clearly this herd that changed her, for she hasn't been the same. She also knew this stallion, Pandemic wasn't her father, and was quite curious to where she got her markings from, it didn't come from her mother, she was all but grey, and pandemic has no tabino markings, so it defiantly wasn't him, her father was unknown, and probably would never become known to her. To Be Honest, The little mare had no issue with pandemic, sure he had a few issues, but didn't all stallions. Missy was still quite fond of Grim, but didn't talk to him much any more after his incident with her mother, instead, Missy kept herself at the edge of the herd most of her days, simply grazing and ignoring. Occasionally if one came to her, and striked a conversation, she'd join in, but currenlty, she preferred to remain alone. Contemplating things.

The pinto stallion stood a couple yards away from Voodoo and Stone, looking up at the sky with a small frown. So far, winter was going by great. While the temperature has dropped, there was no snow. Did it have something to do with the drought? It was cold, but they had food to eat so they wouldn't starve. He was hoping that this dry winter would last until spring, but now he was unsure. The ominous clouds overhead made him wonder if it was really going to stay this way. The sky was gray, dark clouds covered every inch of the sky. He could hear the rumble of thunder in the distance. A storm was coming. He could sense it. He turned and walked back to his two mares, his tail flicking. Perhaps it would be best for them to move, they've been in this area for some time. It was the lead mare's duty to lead the herd to a new place, but Pride didn't currently have a lead mare. He lost the mare who was his lead, and Stone and Voodoo had not yet established who was the lead. He hoped they would figure it out soon, as a herd needed it's lead mare.

Stone had soon awoken and stood. she shook her mane and looked at her stallion, Pride. she then turned to look at the other mare, Voodoo. she started towards her and noticed she wasn't that much older that her, maybe a year or two? she snorted at her, and nipped her neck, trying to show that she wanted to be the boss. that she was the more dominant mare.
