Fighter twenty three months no romantic attractions

Kota woke with a jolt, he had slept in. He quickly rose, stretching his sore muscles out one back leg at a time and then padding out of his den. The sunlight hit him like a bag of bricks, causing him to squit. Kota's eyes soon adjusted to the bright color and he looked around. With it being a little later then when he wanted to wake up he quickly continued to his duties. Kota quickly padded out of his den site and into the woods. The large conifer trees towered over him, providing him shade besides a few spots where the light fought through and filtered over the land.
(Anyone open to talk to Kota/run into him?)

Smiling to his comment on her name. Was it really a good name? It was Hawaiian that was for sure, but she had never heard that. Probably the fact that her family was dead. Argh! She shook it away and looked back to the brute, Illusion. Sounded cool, "Well thank you, Illusion." She looked into his eyes seeing how happy he was. This looked like fun, partners in crime, maybe? She thought to herself.

Apocalypse stalked across the camp, his large shadow following him. He saw a few wolves, but he ignored them. He liked being solitary, and that's how he will be forever. He stared at the forest, the rising sun shining behind trees blinded his eyes. The brute lowered his head and stalked toward the forest. At the forest, the trees covered most of the sun, so he lifted his head again, relieved of the hurting glaze of the sun. A few specks of light landed on his fur, but at least they weren't blinding his eyes any longer. Apocalypse walked toward the icy lake and looked at the frostbite sleeping on the edge. He liked the cold weather, so he didn't mind. He lapped up some water, the cold water slightly stinging his tongue.

Illusion.Male.Loner

Illusion wagged his tail with a playful smile at the female and nuzzled her neck fur, flirting with the femme. She was pretty, and she would be his.He was determined."Come on,lets team up.Me and you kid.Against the world."he said wagging his tail and he let off a charming, flirty smile. He circled her with a smirk and he lashed his tail about and flicked his ears."So what do ya say miss?"he asked moving his tail back and forth. He felt the snow crunch over his feet,it was cold and sent a chill through his body.He snickered at her and he looked at her with a smirk. He raised a eyebrow waiting for a reply.

Lani let her smile grow and her tail wagged a little faster than it had been wagging. Watching his facial expression and movement. "Sounds good, me and you against the world." Wondering multiple things at once and eventually forgetting what she was thinking of. Causing trouble on the pack that was somewhere around her sounded fun to her. She had never been part of a pack so it didn't bother her at all. Her furry paws left prints in the soft earth while she was anxiously moving them.

Ísinn woke with a yawn, blinking the sleep out of her eyes. When she opened them again, she flinched at the bright sunlight. How long did I sleep? She stood and stretched out her exhausted limbs before padding quietly out into the forest. Breathing in the fresh, woody air gave her strength; she felt young and rejuvenated again, ready to do anything. She longed to sprint forward, weaving through the trees, breathing in the cold air as it pummeled against her. But she had responsibilities. The prey pile was dangerously low; it wouldn't last through the day. She closed her eyes and breathed deeply, pushing the scent of pine needles and fresh water and wet soil to the back of her mind- and there it was. She snapped open her eyes then narrowed them, turning and flicking her ears to find the location of the elk. Slowly, quietly, carefully, she stalked forward into a thicket of bushes where a small injured calf lie. Upon seeing her, the small creature bleated and tried to run, but fell back on a twisted, mangled leg. It didn't matter. Ísinn was faster, anyway. She pounced and swiftly killed the young creature, then dragged it away and buried it before its mother came back for it. She assumed that it'd been abandoned, but you never can be to safe. Once she finished filling her hole, she made note of where it was to retrieve it after she'd caught some more, but was startled by a sharp crack. Spinning around, she saw a plump rabbit perched on a tree root, staring in horror at the wolf before it. Ísinn leapt for it, but it darted away. She chased it over fallen logs and through thorny bushes that she could leap over, but that left the rabbit bloody and scarred. Eventually, she skidded to a stop when it dove into a hole in the ground. "Of course," she hissed, cursing at herself. "Brilliant work, Ísinn."It was too scratched up to make a good meal, anyway, but it hurt Ísinn's pride. Then, she paused. Was she really getting so bad at hunting that she couldn't hear or smell any more prey? Or was the forest... practically empty? She managed to track down two smaller, skinnier rabbits, a nice fat river vole, and a plump but somewhat small bird. Small game didn't last long. As she walked back to where the calf was buried, the prey she carried in her mouth made Ísinn's rumbling stomach even more noticeable. She paused to crunch on a few grasshoppers. I hope somebody else found prey, she thought grimly, or I might not be eating today. She returned to the den-site and dropper her catch in the center, staring longingly at the vole. Then she shook her head, as if to remind herself. "The pack must be fed first," she murmured softly. She decided to take a break and clean herself up before heading back out to hunt. This wasn't how wolves were meant to eat; she yearned for elk and caribou and moose to fill her belly. But all she'd found was that little calf, whose injured leg probably couldn't even be eaten. If things don't get easier, I'm going to have to fish. I can't even find rabbits anymore. She grimaced at the thought of eating the slimy things again- she had once before, and it wasn't pleasant. Maybe I'll have Eris speak with our ancestors tonight.

[Do you want me to come see Kota? :)]

Stormurinn yawned loudly, shaking his fur and stretching out his legs. He stood up with a groan, facing his small mentor. "Alright," he said shaking his fur once more. Oh, how he wished it was longer. The cold winds were sure to bite through to his skin. "Lead the way, I guess." The snow on the ground crunched under his heavy body, but below it, he smelled soggy earth. Maybe this place will get better, he thought hopefully. This was his home. Stormurinn belonged here, not out in the freezing Tundra. He paused in the camp clearing, breathing in the smell of fresh prey. It was surprisingly weak. He glanced at the pathetic pile. "Maybe we should try getting some food, too!" he shouted over a loud gust of wind that sent fresh, powdery snow flying into his face. As he shook the white flakes from his coat, he began to worry. Small packs can eat a lot of prey. "And maybe some honeycomb, too," he said quietly, too soft to be sure if Eris could hear him. "Breathing in this cold air is making my throat hurt."

Apocalypse lifted his head from the lake, his jaw dripping with the fresh icy cold water. He breathed in the fresh, mountain smell and exhaled, sending fog from his mouth in the cold air. Apocalypse snorted and inhaled and exhaled again, enjoying the sight of the fog floating from his mouth. He gazed at the mountains in the far distance, wondering what could be there. Apocalypse sat down, enjoying the soft ripples from fish breaking the lake's surface, and the small trickle noise that the water made when it moved. He sighed, enjoying all of the nature's gifts. After a while, he decided he needed to return to the pack. He padded back to the pack's camp, his paws crunching on frostbite and leaves. The water drops from his jaws dripped on plants he passed by. At the camp, Apocalypse spotted Ísinn, and noticed that she looked upset. What happened that made her look so grim? he wondered. He walked up to her, and asked, "Is somethig bothering you?"

Ísinn glanced up, sadly smiling slightly when Apocalypse approached. "Apocalypse," she said quietly, then forced herself to speak louder, determined to stay strong for her pack. "I can't find any more prey. All I got today was some scrawny rabbits, a bird, and a starved elk calf. Right now, we can survive on the scraps of proper meat we find, along with some fish. But what about when the herds are gone? And the rabbits? The water is freezing over, and then we can't get anymore fish. And-" She took a slow, deep breath. Pull yourself together. She hesitated, letting the quaver leave her voice. "I don't know what to do," she whispered. Pull yourself together.

Image____________________________________________________________
    EDMEE
      {pronounced Ed-mee.}
____________________________________________________________

        » her basics
So what's better than starting off by telling the basics. Well let's see here, first thing to be told is her name. Her name is Edmee. She was given that name when she was adopted by Clarity after she was abandoned by her home. It was exactly 1 year after Clarity had found Vivienne, so decided to watch over her as well. Even though she was thankful for Clarity finding her and taking care of her, she learned more from Vivienne. She looked up to her like a role model and still does. She even left with her when Vie decided that she needed to be on her own. Which she wasn't really on her own with Edmee at her side. Besides that Edmee is actually 2 years old. Which is actually really young. She can still have a mate and pups, but because of her age she hardly thinks of that. She does love playing with the packs pups though and she acts like a pup herself. Considering she was raised by Vivienne. Well, if its not obvious she is absolutely female. Yep, that's right. Now because she is older to be a pup, even if she does act like one, she is currently a healer's apprentice.

        » her appearance
Well, the time as come for her appearance. This beautiful female has a unique orange coat, kind of like a fox. It depends on the lighting and at what angle you look at her, but there are darker oranges and then lighter oranges. It tends to be darker around her pack and front foreleg. The darker shades than slide up her back neck and stops at her ears. Now the rest of her is just a soft pumpkin orange. But she has white markings on her underbrush and on her under jaw. She fairly smaller in size, only standing at 2.7 feet. Which is almost as small as an 11 month old pup. Besides that, she has a skinny tail and tall, long orange ears. Her legs are also pretty skinny with fairly smaller paws than a normal wolf. Her eyes are a gorgeous amber color, which compliments her on her orange fur. She weighs at an unhealthy 46 pounds. Which might sound really bad, but you also have to think of how small she is. Because of her young age and her lack of knowledge of the world and little experience, she hardly has any scars emotionally or physically. She has one actual scar underneath her pumpkin orange fur, which she got from Vivienne snapping at her when she was raising her. It been on her for about a year now, nothing to worry about.

        » all about her
Edmee is very much an energetic gal. She constantly looks for something to do, which does get her in trouble a bit, but she was raised by her "big sister Vivienne" what do you expect? But just because she's a little trouble maker doesn't make her an omega. Its nothing major that she gets into trouble for, but she does get punished. She is a young and spirited girl, very much lively. She does enjoy others company, a lot. You might think for a wolf her age would be really shy and makes sure to never get in trouble, but she's not that good. To put it lightly, she's actually the complete opposite. Edmee is outgoing and very playful, especially with the pups of the pack. Its pretty much a shock that she was raised by two grown wolves that were so arrogant, considering she is almost nothing like those two. But what they do have in common are the noticeable things, like Edmee is very sarcastic and she's quite the trouble maker. But it's also because of her age, she is pretty childish and just trying to find out what kind of wolf she is. But being sarcastic and a trouble maker doesn't mean she isn't fun, actually it makes her a lot more playful. She does act like a total pup though and does love to mess around with others. Even though she is pretty much a big goof ball, she does know when somethings serious. That's the thing about her though, her personality kind of shifts. She just might be bi-polar, but its hardly noticeable. Other than that she is loyal and will always be by her friends side, no matter what.

Apocalypse looked toward the sunrise. He sighed, worried, but he would not show his emotion. He knew his idea would be insane, because this is one of the greatest problems he didn't want to face. "Our hunters can travel higher distances for prey, or we can move to another area until our prey here comes back." Apocalypse paced around, racking at his brain for more ideas. "Or we can adapt a different kind of prey that's populated around here." He sighed, pawing at the soft frostbite. It made a crunch sound as he stamped on it. He looked at Ísinn. "Do you have any better ideas?"
