She watched proudly and giggled as the colt tried to stand up.

He struggled as his legs wobbled, taking in the world around him, seeing something laying next to him, the only thing familiar. New sights and smells, he found his encouragement to get on his feet.

He blinked, unable to decipher the muffled voices. Keeping an eye on his mother, breathing in deeply, an alien feeling.
He raised his eyes to see a tall figure standing near his mother, a gleaming white coat peppered with auburn. He studied the stallion in awe.
