Blazerunner let out a yowl as the dog launched himself out of his submissive crouch at him. He stumbled back as he reared up to clash his chest with the German Shepherd's head. He immediately jumped back as soon as he slammed the dog onto the ground and then lunged at the dog's head. "I will kill you before I let you take a wolf's life!" he snarled, opening his jaws to try and clamp down onto the back of the dog's neck.

Moonrose smiled as Lilac Smoke followed. She slowed her pace to be beside him and bumped her nose under his chin. "Come on, be happy. I'm happy no matter who you choose, I promise," she said, having noticed the half-hearted wagging of his tail.

Lilac Smoke smiled."Its not up to me who Rose chooses," he sighed. "But I'm beginning to think she doesnt love me enough." Lilac looked warmly at Moon, wagging more gladly now.

While Chaq was winded, he had had enough. He turned, his tail tucked under, as he tried to run away but the fae leaped at him with a vicious snarl and she bit a chunk out of his haunches. He heaved a howling yelp and picked up speed, trying desperately to get away from the obviously more experienced animals. He knew even if he killed this one, there would be others to take her place.

Hawk whined and growled. "Retreat!" he called to the other dogs. He had a plan. He bolted away from the wolves with his group in follow.

Ace whimpered in her grip, tryin desperately to claw her away. Finally, he managed to place a paw on her chest and he clawed at her, causing scartches to bleed.Then he pulled out of her grip and followed Hawk.

Cry snarled and snapped at his tail as Ace turned and fled. "Get lost!" she growled. Cry turned and padded up to Star. "Are you all right, Lost Star?"

Tundra gave the dog another bite and then turned, ramming into other dogs as they ran away passed her and she trotted up to the other wolves, blood on her maw and in her once snow white fur.

Star looked at her paw and did a half nod. "Other than my paw, I'm fine" she whimpered softly. She looked at the wolves around her and the dogs that were now fleeing. "I need to get my paw out somehow" she whispered, wincing at the pain.

Rose sighed and headed out to go on a hunt. She felt bored, and lost inside.
