He perked his ears as he could hear a faint howl of Dante echoing to the distance, the way of their camp. He knew that he could and Elle could be needed there, but he was not sure if he could leave the she-wolf alone with those Red Moon wolves. Speaking of that he was very aware of the group of Red Moon wolves having prey near the woods around the meadow, so he hoped that Elle could not do anything stupid now.

He moved back to the camp, his eyes looked over to Dante, and the lead hunter there, Kuroyaki seemed to be there as well. He walked over to the pile of small prey, which was made of birds, mice, and now some fish too. Dropping his catch he looked over to the lead hunter there "I guess they need me now..." he murmured to Wolfcry.

She sighed as she looked after the male pup, Mother or not as an adult she can say to pups what to do, Kairo's parents were not here now and if he really thing he can use that as an excuse to do whatever he wants, he is wrong. She looked over to Louie and Kiyu there as well, wondering if she was too harsh to them too, well she don't really know them that much either. She looked over to Dante who seemed to get back to the camp too, hearing the call he made, but so far there were not many hunters, the camp was being dead for a few moments before now. She looked over to the nursery before checking the patients at the healer's den.

She sat at her nest, her eyes following the Kairo as the male pup walked into the den. She didn't say a word as she felt like the pup wanted to be alone now. She looked over to Kuroi near the entrance, sighing she laid down at her nest to take little rest, but she was too awaken to actually get any sleep.

She sat near the nursery's entrance, enough for her head to peep outside, her eyes looking the Kairo as he walked to the nursery, but felt rather disappointed that he left the rabbit behind. She was starting to get hungry and she knew very well that the other two did as well.

He flicked his ears and sighed as the big red male wolf watched the pup "If so, then what is your answer what are you going to do?" he asked her. He thought his words carefully "If you want to join the other pack, I am not going to stop you, but...I think there are still wolves in our pack who would want as least say goodbyes to you..." he said to her "and Your grandfather could want you to be on his funeral" he said to her remembering that the just-passed elder was not buried yet.

He took his bite of the prey, his ears flicking as the traitor answers to them. He didn't really like the way he spoke, as it made him think like he didn't understand what he was doing as he jumps pack to pack like it was normal. His eyes followed to see the beta showing up too and it seemed like the alpha and Eros was somewhere near too. He found a faint scent of Starlight wolves on them, which made him wonder if they meet the other pack.

He looked at Shy Fawn, with a sight "We will see" he murmured out of his breath as he took his share and swallowed it quickly. He flicked his ears as he listened to the healer "She is still a pup, being a loner is hard even for most adults, then a young wolf like she is could not have much of a chance to survive alone" he responded to him as he once again looked over to the meadow. He felt a little unsure as he noticed the beta showing up as he didn't really know if they act in the situation in the meadow.

She rolled her eyes "That's what I mean if we don't hurry, we don't have any good parts left only the legs..." she murmured to him as she run toward the buck, but slowed down before going too close to the pack or they prey so she could not accidentally run into anyone there.

She took a small nap after her duo huntings alongside her sister Freya. She perked her ears a little bit as she heard the food call, but for now, she was so tired to get out just yet. She decided to eat a little bit later, maybe they could be some leftovers left for whatever prey the other hunters got.

The Beta half-listened as Eros chimed back into the conversation , Nova knew she could not offer him the attention that he attempted to receive . Especially when Liberty parted his maw to tell her again. It seemed that the pair had come to a slight miscommunication about the future for the pack that they shared. The Beta figured they could smooth over their mishaps in conversation , but something had come to change. The Beta took note of how he’d changed his tone when speaking to her. Nova quickly grew fixated on the Alpha’s shift in aura. The air grew stiff to her , as if there was some kind of pause in time. Dark amber eyes glistened ever so as the wolf searched for the eyes of her Alpha. She tried to understand where he was coming from, but keeping firm in the words that she had previously shared with him.

Nova felt confidence in not telling the rest of the pack until the two Alphas were comfortable that they’d both go through with things. She would understand him more if this had been in discussion for weeks, but the only thing that even brought them to the topic of peace was the pup crossing the border. Which just so happened to be less than five hours ago.

For a very brief moment, she wanted to question his stance as their Alpha. That was until he mentioned her being an Alpha one day. Her ears nearly perked until she fully comprehended what he had said to her. How could he even mention her being impatient, when he had not even come to a full conclusion on a fresh conversation and decided that now was a great time for them to introduce this idea to the rest of the pack.

Her eyes left the Alpha and moved onto the pup between them. She had to calm the tension. Eros did not need to see them like this , not Liberty. A strange feeling overwhelmed Nova as she listened to the Alpha nearly berate her of her rank being so easily filled by another. Deep down, a pit of anger grew in her , but she did not allow the emotion to grow.

“Liber-” she attempted to say , but no words followed as the tip of his name rolled off her tongue. Liberty had finally come back around, after leaving a tremendous gap of silence to fill the void of their exchange. The tension that Nova had felt between them had slowly come to a halt when he went over their plan to announce to the pack. That did not leave her with a lot of time to bring herself together again.

She pushed forward towards the rest of the pack and the meal that they hunters managed to obtain for them. Alpha Liberty left her view as he said his piece and moved on to go and eat. She couldn’t help other than to feel stuck or like she was pushed away by him. Nova managed to untangle her thoughts and hoped that they’d remain that way until she was able to take a breather away from the pack.

Now with Liberty no longer by their side, she tilted her head in Eros’ direction. Emotions from the drawn out conversation now on a pause, she decided to focus on the pup and his current needs. Not like his adoptive parent was interested in the needs of his child anyway. Nova lightly nudged the tip of her cold, wet nose against the smaller pup, hoping to take his mind off of the conversation as well. Certain that the pup did not feel comfortable with going with his father to eat dinner.

“Let’s eat some dinner before the big announcement” her voice softly rang as she brought her paws to a full stop. The least she could do was distract herself from the awkward conversation that she and Liberty had. She walked over to the remains from the recent hunt and pulled off what she assumed that the pup would eat. She dropped the meat a few paw steps away from Eros and dipped her head to him. She figured she’d let the pack enjoy the hunt before she came to eat. After all, she ate earlier before going into the mess of a border.

Milo stopped in his tracks as he heard a pair of paws behind him. He turned his head, to see that River was on his tail to wherever he planned to go. Once he found himself about fifty feet from the rest, he plopped down on the ground with his meal between his paws. Milo slowly pulled apart the meat in an attempt to have some grace with his food. However, his stomach sent another reminder that it had been a while since he last ate. The gurgled grumble from down below , threw the idea of eating slowly out of the window. Milo cherished the savory taste of the kill that the hunters brought home for them.

When River was close enough , his eyes flickered in her direction. He swallowed the food in his mouth before he opened his muzzle to speak. “I uh.. I figured it’d be best if the pack didn’t see me eating like a starved omega” he shared with her. His tail whipped from behind him and rested upon the side of his back paw. His attention span with River was short, when he saw the food that she held.

He went back in to eat the rest of his food, hoping to not hastily shove himself full in front of his newly acquired friend. Milo motioned his head to the side, “ You’re more than welcomed to come and eat with me. It’d be nice to not eat a meal completely alone.” he shared. His last meal , a small hare , was eaten many miles away from any other animal. Milo lacked company during his journey for more reasons than one.

As the food pile in front of him lowered to nothing, he waited for River to finish her meal. Since she followed him over here, maybe she could give him the scoop to better understand the rest of the pack. After all, as a new arrival he did not want to step on anyone’s toes. He cleared his throat a few times, eyes searching the pack mates in front of them. “What can you tell me about some of our packmates?” He asked.

Sure, he could just go over to them and get to know them, but Milo was preferred to observe his subjects. Especially being that the pack seemed well established, some wolves probably did not have time to meet him nor welcome him as warm as River did.

Louie sat in silence in front of the den that he and his pup shared. His ears flickered when the Scythe looked in his direction. The large wolf pulled himself to all fours and checked back on Kiyu, before he wandered over to the mother wolf. Her facial expression appealed to him , as if she were questioning her parenting skills. Louie offered her a brief nose touch to her shoulder, tail swayed in light rhythm behind him. " Don't be too hard on yourself. The pups will understand one day. You're just looking out for them." the wolf encouraged her.

Surely, being a parent was no easy task. Especially when everything around them could potentially hurt the pups. One day they'd understand the entirety of danger they could be putting themselves in. Louie sided with the mother wolf as she made a very valid point across to the pups about their own safety and the rules in place. There were rules for a reason , they should all know that. He quickly glanced behind him to view his den once more, Kiyu hadn't left it. "It took months for Kiyu to understand. Unfortunately, she learned her lesson the hard way." he heavily sighed.

Truth be told , Kiyu was the exact reason that her siblings and mother were deceased. However, Louie would never hold that against her. Even though he'd lost the love of his life as well as a few children of his own, he'd never dangle the tragedy above Kiyu. His ears tilted backwards as he returned his attention to the she wolf next to him.

Daisy nodded. "Okay. Ill say goodbye to them. If starlight does'nt accept me ill live as a loner." She decided.

Shy fawn walked away silently, to a den.


Ruby nodded. "Okay..You know best, I just hope your right." She walked away, back to her den.

The darker ears and darker tipped tail moved a bit. She glanced to Liberty as he and Nova appeared, along with Eros. She watched the beta take the pup to get some meat. She shook her head a bit, focusing instead onto their alpha. She figured now was as good a time as any to ask him. However, she saw he seemed to have something on his mind. It was like there was something he wanted to tell them. Therefore, she stopped short and sat down, waiting for him to speak to them.

They nodded to the warrior, and sighed a bit. "Someone needs to make her come back, then...so I hope Castor is over there to bring her back." He then threw a glance at Shy Fawn. He shook his head and rolled his eyes, then looked to Hyuuga. He nodded to him once more. He then looked to Nova, but she didn't seem to notice the rival wolves in the meadow...She seemed way more focused on Eros. That should really be Liberty's job, as alpha, or one of the other females maybe.

Deep foresty green eyes with gold ringing the pupils looked to Blaze. The white foot black phase she wolf tilted her own head as she watched him. He seemed to have a confused look to his face. She giggled a bit, then scolded herself and shook her own head. She then blinked, saying "I mean...yeah...we could also discuss that too. There was...something else, though." She knew she had to tell him at some point. She had a huge crush on him, and as the one she was crushing on, he deserved to know. Even if he said he didn't feel the same way, she should tell him. She should tell him and see what happened. She watched as he looked to Shy Fawn again. She smirked a bit, then took another bite of meat.

The reddish looking male twitched darker reddish or brown ears, and the tipped tail flicked. Lighter brownish looking eyes looked to her. He shook his head, but then nodded to her. "Ah, yeah...I get that," he said to the she wolf. They reached the meadow, and he looked to see Milo. He smiled a bit, but seeing River there, his heart sank...He sighed and shook his head. He saw the alpha and beta as well. He saw Nova was with Eros, and shook his head then said "Let's get in there."

The black-phase wolf sighed and shook his head a couple times. He watched her go off to discipline the pup...which wasn't even really hers. Kikui knew Kairo had parents, or had at one point. He sighed and stood, shaking off and heading back to his spot. There wasn't really much to do, not anymore. He turned around a couple times, then laid down. He pawed at his muzzle a bit. He then sighed and closed his eyes, after blinking a couple times.

The smaller and slender black phase wolf watched. The white toed and jawed one flicked his white tipped tail. The golden eyed one noticed his eyes were closed, and wondered if he was resting. Shaking his head, he smiled a canine smile when eyes opened to look at him. He glanced to the rabbit a moment. He then looked to the beta once more. Well, he was the temporary beta, anyway. Shaking his head, he looked around a moment then back to Dante. He looked down at his paws, then back up. He hadn't made a fool of himself, not yet, but he was feeling shy now and sighed a bit at that. He nodded to the other male. He said "Good...good," and smiled at him again. He looked into the other male's eyes, then felt his heart race. He swallowed a bit, looking away, but then Dante was moving over to Cypher anyway. He moved the rabbit where no wolf else would try and eat it. He was sure none of them would touch it.

He nodded to Cypher as the other mentioned the other hunter might already have prey to bring into camp. As he went to follow the other male, he saw Hakuren and Wolfcry coming back into the camp, and said "Ah...there they are." He bowled over to Hakuren in case he wanted to join them, but Hakuren didn't actually have to join if he'd already hunted. It would definitely be better with three of them then two...but Hakuren had seemed to be carrying a beaver or something. He then continued to follow the other. They soon left the camp area, out into the woods. He smelled whatever it was as well, shaking his head. He noticed the other took a detour, but he didn't question Cypher on that at all.

The white muzzled shadowy one nodded to the other. "I think they've already left camp," they said, as they heard Kuroyuki howl as well. "It seems Kuroyuki is calling you to go if you want. Must have seen you and I returning with these three prey, though."

The pretty but handsome smaller and slender golden pup sighed. Brown ears twitched as the brown tipped tail flicked. Brown and blue eyes stared at his paws. He lifted his head just once, saying "Luroi...you can get the rabbit and finish it if you want. It's right by the nursery entrance. Your mom can't stop you from eating..." he muttered. He shook his head a couple times, then lowered it again. He curled up into a ball, and sighed again then closed his eyes.

Destiny shook her head as Ruby walked away with her comments. "Can't please them all" she mumbled as she padded alone the rest of the short distance to the camp. She paused before walking in taking a moment to herself. Sometimes it was nice to have a few seconds of reflection. She wondered how she'd break the news to the pack. Her mind wandering with thoughts. Was she making the correct decision for her pack? Was this something her pack could riot for? Would she be seen as less for this agreement? . Her eyes fell to her paws as she contemplated her choice.
Selecting peace with the RedMoon Alpha seemed as such a solid choice, so why was Destiny having a doubt? Shaking her head Destiny tried to ground herself and return back to the thoughts she needed to be in, in order to face the pack. Besides, this peace wasn't promised to be forever and as of now was only an idea. If her pack didn't agree she could back out. They didnt NEED the RedMoon wolves anyway. And she would be fine without seeing the beautifully colored coat of their Alpha or his brown eyes. Destiny shook her entire body ridding herself of her train of thought "Absolutely not Destiny" she scolded herself hoping no one would hear her talking to herself for once.
Quickly straightening her posture, raising her head up and giving her tail a slight curl, Destiny pressed forward and entered into the pack's camp. Her ears already picking up on Dante and Cypher's voices. She knew a hunt would be successful if Cypher was involved, the Lead hunter always showed great skill and that was why he was chosen for the role. Destiny knew Dante would join her for conversation too.
Part of the Alphess prayed that someone wouldn't catch her on her "escape" to her den. She just needed a few moments to reflect on the day and how she wanted to proceed.

River couldn't help but offer a small giggle and tail wag as she approached Milo. He hadn't been lying about being hungry and she was thrilled he was able to finally eat. She adjusted her grip on the piece of meat in her mouth as she got closer to the wolf. At the words of his offer River nodded, almost jumping with excitement at the invite to eat a meal with her new friend. Her tail with a mind of it's own wagged a bit quicker as she drew closer to Milo.
River gently set the savory meal on the ground so she could lay down close to the black wolf. With her mouth free she was finally able to respond[ "Thank you for letting me join you Milo" she commented before another small giggle escaped her. She hoped they were able to joke with one another now "Wow, you weren't joking about being Hungry" she commented with a soft smile. "I'm glad you were able to get a meal. If you do need more I know the pack won't mind sparing another piece" she added before lowering her head to take a quick bite into the meat. The flavor filled her mouth quickly, deer was absolutely one of her favorite meals. Milo had spoken again as River was chewing. She nodded in an acknowledgement of his question. As she finished her bite she quickly licked around her mouth before scanning her eyes on the pack members in front of. His question brought her a twinge of excitement. She had never been asked about who was in her pack "Which one do you want to learn about first? I should be able to give you a brief rundown." she asked curiously. Her head tilted with an idea "Actually tell me who you know first and then I can go from there"

Dante

The Ebony wolf had a tilt in his head when Hakuren Glared at the group of hunters without joining them as he was asked to so in response Dante glared back one of his brows lifted questioning a bit but mostly waiting patiently while Hakuren dropped his catch at the kill pile, which mostly existed for the pups, then whisper to Wolfcry without joining the hunters that had gathered around to hear their orders for the day. It made no difference to Dante at the moment wether or not the other wolves untangled them selves from there conversations to do as told but he decided he would make a statement about it to Destiny when he had the chance which would more than likely be soon. When Cypher said he would agree Dante nodded his head to him, “Good see it done. Honor our pack and Leader with a job well done.” He stated calmly giving gentle Kuroyuki a thankful nod for the white tail rabbit he had caught and then hidden so Dante could enjoy it later. “Go along…” he said softly to the gentle brute in an encouraging manner. Once he saw the back side of his identical twin shuffling away once set to task he took this moment to shout a following command for those who hadn’t followed, “HUNTERS! Fall in line immediately and set your lazy paws to task or forfeit eating for the rest of the day!” He shouted loudly his voice carrying the message some how void of anger. His yellow eyes searched for remaining wolves who hadn’t followed then decided if they refused to listen he would have to enforce his command. Any wolf could just walk over and pluck a morsel away from the kill pile so Dante would look over it and attack those hunters he’d seen not join Cypher. A part of him felt ridiculous that it had to be brought to this for Cypher so he would definitely mention the disobedience of the hunters to Destiny.

The brute couldn’t help but notice out of the corner of his eye as Destiny approached walking with what he called haste to her den more than likely for some private thought which he knew she needed. Dante needed it as well because he needed to think of a better way to convince his closest friend out of the peace with the neighboring alpha by providing a stronger argument other than how much he personally didn’t trust Liberty and his group of mongrels.

Once again he found himself alone but with the feeling of completion since he had done as he was told at the very least. Deciding it would be best to let his Alpha stew in her own thoughts he quietly walked off to the side of the entrance of her den, doing the best he could to not be seen by any inhabitants, then laid down turning his head to the direction of her den so he could see if she came out to retrieve him. But his eyes they grew heavy so it soon became a struggle for him to fight his eye lids as they slowly began to shut giving way to a deep bowl of darkness behind his eyes. His dream was hateful and it was full of Dante killing Liberty over and over and over again in many different ways only occasionally did Dante stifle his killing long enough to listen to the desperate screams of a wolf begging for his life which Dante was sure Liberty would do if he was loosing.

Liberty “please you don’t understand! I was only doing this to help you! You know that I am right that this would help all of us! Peace Dante…Don’t you want it…Don’t you want it for Weiss?”

Dante killed this wolf just so another would appear begging again.

Liberty “PEACE! I yield! I only wish to talk about organizing this in the best way to benefit all of us! Listen…Destiny I won’t hurt you…”

Dante’s image of him self in his dreams roared in anger and dispatched of this Liberty copy as well in a most grotesque way. “YOU ARE A LIAR AND I HATE YOU!” He shouted. Another feeble image of Liberty was dreamed up and it was speaking again.

Liberty “I want no more conflict, no more split borders, shared pack grounds, Destiny you know it would benefit us both equally….” Then the image smiled evilly foreshadowing Dante’s fears.

Dante’s dream image of himself roared again and promptly unalived the Liberty away again. “YOU FILTHY LEECH! Disgusting worm!! We’ve never needed you! My paws will ring justice off your thin skull!”

Liberty reappeared for the last time laughing darkly approaching Dante’s image of him self, “oooooooh Dante~ I know wolves like you and you know wolves like me so I know that you can’t stop me. You are too weak to convince your Alpha of my true intentions so when she falls because of your failure I will take great joy in relieving you of your pointless wasted life as well!” This time the dream Liberty attacked pouncing on Dante and ravaging the ebony brute in his sleep until only a bloody hulk of Dante’s body remained.

During his sleep he managed to roll on his side and was fidgeting around in reaction his dreams which were causing him greats amount of distress. Gentle whines or yelps left his maw and when his dream came to eventual ending he was sitting up panicked in an instant his eyes open with fear, anger, hate, and even some slight suffering. He was panting a bit then he spoke to himself, “I must do what I can to keep this from happening…” he looked around for a moment deciding that only a quarter hour or a half hour had passed perhaps Destiny didn’t notice.

The black-phase wolf sighed and shook his head a couple times. He watched her go off to discipline the pup...which wasn't even really hers. Kikui knew Kairo had parents, or had at one point. He sighed and stood, shaking off and heading back to his spot. There wasn't really much to do, not anymore. He turned around a couple times, then laid down. He pawed at his muzzle a bit. He then sighed and closed his eyes, after blinking a couple times.

He nodded to Cypher as the other mentioned the other hunter might already have prey to bring into camp. As he went to follow the other male, he saw Hakuren and Wolfcry coming back into the camp, and said "Ah...there they are." He bowled over to Hakuren in case he wanted to join them, but Hakuren didn't actually have to join if he'd already hunted. It would definitely be better with three of them then two...but Hakuren had seemed to be carrying a beaver or something. He then continued to follow the other. They soon left the camp area, out into the woods. He smelled whatever it was as well, shaking his head. He noticed the other took a detour, but he didn't question Cypher on that at all.

He could of course be rude and force bring her back to the camp, but now he had luck on his side as most of his pack was very nearby and maybe some of them could turn the pup's stubborn head to think clean "Well then you could get to the woods to speak with those who could want to speak with you" he called to her. His head turning to the woods near the meadow, he could smell the fresh scents of many of his pack mates there, including Maison, who could be the one to speak to the pup.

He found a faint scent of Starlight wolves on them, which made him wonder if they meet the other pack.

Milo quickly looked down in between his paws, seeing that nothing else remained of his meal. His attention soon averted from the emptiness in front of him to River as she laid next to him. His tail slowly wagged across the ground as she thanked him for allowing her to join. He didn't see the point of keeping her away, since she could give him intel on the others. That way it would be slightly easier when he did approach them.

The wolf laughed when she brought up his hunger. It was his first decent meal in a long time, surely he was bound to devour whatever he'd gotten his paws onto. "A thirty six hour fasting will do that to you." he laughed at himself. He wanted to teach himself to go longer durations without a meal if it was possible.

Milo's ears tilted forward as his eyes now scanned the pack of wolves for anyone he'd gotten to. Truth be told, other than the leaders,- Milo did not know any of them. A light chuckle escaped when he had realized that she had a lot of explaining to do. "I have met Eros, Nova, and Liberty... That's pretty much it." he told her. It hadn't been long and like he had told her before, he spent his time scouting and in the den. There was nothing more for him to do .

The male did his best to listen to the she wolf as she continued to talk about her pups. When she had said something that peaked his interest. As a mother , she'd forgotten to parent her own pups . In his many moons of life, he'd never heard anything like it. Maybe being a parent put her under a lot of pressure and made her unable to parent her own. He knew not to bring that up as all the she-wolves in the pack would probably wring his neck furless if he even discussed something he could never understand. There was something he could say though, "Being a parent can be hard and not always about how we hope things will go. " he shared. One thing he knew lots about was how hard being a parent truly was, in that sense he could understand where she was coming from.

"Sometimes we have to put duty aside for them. It means the world in the end." he half way smiled. His tail swayed behind him. The hardest thing for them to do was put aside their ranks for their children. It does require some sacrifices of course, but the leaders would always understand.

Louie felt a twinge of pain remember his beloved , Mira. She truly was the love of his life, from her reddish grey hairs to the gold purity in her heart for everything she'd cared for. He could still remember the runs they had, through the woods, the perfect trip so he'd have to carry her back to the den. His heart may never be able to have a love like that again. "Yes, Mira my late mate." The words hurt him to say. It had only been four months since she passed away. A pain that grew every time he heard about it. Louie did his best to ensure that his roller coaster of emotions stayed bottled in. He twitched his nose , glancing over at the mother wolf . lost for words.
