She ran to the edge of their territory but she couldn't smell her pup at all. She felt empty, like something was missing. Well, something was missing. But how long had her pup been missing? Ugh, if she wasn't so dumb and went into a pack then this wouldn't have happened. Her ears were flat against her head and her tail was tucked deep between her legs. She had just noticed she was on the ground, curled up in a ball and crying.

Suki sat in the camp her fluffy tail placed neatly over her large paws her fur moving with the occasional breeze. She stood for a moment stretching and thinking of what she could be doing to move up in the ranks. Ever since her half-brother Drogo had gotten the alpha position she had been envious and it made her utterly bitter sometimes. She is always thinking about how she could move up in the ranks. Maybe I could get close with the beta? She thought for a brief moment, Annnnd nevermind, he isn't into she-wolves She growled to herself plopping back down into her sitting position again. But maybe the delta... the thought slipped quietly into her head, and it sounded like almost the perfect idea. After finally processing that her half-brother had called them to gather in the camp she padded grudgingly over to the place they gathered, sitting down with a huff in a shady spot near her brother.

Dove waited for the response of Sebastian and Rumor. She had noticed Sebastian was a burly thick-coated wolf, perfect for guarding, and honestly, she thought he was the most cockiest and obnoxious wolf who thought he knew everything. She thought Rumour tried to be normal, he seemed like he was hiding something, but he always stuck out like a cow in the middle of the forest. Right then, she stood up and her flank started to heavily bleed on the moss and dirt, she sat back down and licked away the blood to relieve the pain.

The fae turned her head to where the brute glanced which happened to be towards the direction of the pack's recent kill. She was quite frustrated that she had interrupted the other wolf, it was such a rude thing to do; unintentionally or not. Lib listened to him talk, ear pricked and eyes now fixated on him, paying him all of her attention. The warrior paused and so did she, afraid of, again, interrupting him. Honestly, she wouldn't know what to say anyway, which is strange for the female as she has a quick wit and confident with conversing. "No, I am yet to eat" She answered truthfully. Normally, the hunter would eat with the rest of the pack but today she had been distracted by the pleasantries. "I see nothing wrong with accompanying you," she turned slightly, facing the direction of the fallen prey before glancing back at Caspian.

Aisha pinned her ears at Viento's harsh words, but quickly tried to return to neutral, not wanting to offend him. She had missed the hunt, and the high ranks were being quite demanding. She had to be understanding. She quickly nodded, copying Viento's pace as they carried the heavy animal. At this point, carrying the prey was natural to her, after having done it so many times. Her paws felt the soft dirt beneath her feet as she walked along, and the blood coming from her grip on the animal made her stomach growl. She was quite relieved when camp came into view, hoping this meal would satisfy the alpha.

Cas smiled as she agreed to come with him. Once she turned to the prey, he began to take a few steps forward before stopping. He bowed his head slightly, offering the fae to get to the pile first. Cas had vast respect for females. They always seemed more... tame. They were quick thinkers, not too hot headed, and somehow managed to carry and care for pups without complaining. Drogo's ears flicked as he heard some of the hunters howl about food. He growled but focused on Dante calling the pack to camp. Not wanting the hunters to overrule his own call, the alpha threw his head back and joined the beta in howling loud for the pack o join them. He was ready for war now. If his plan was to succeed then the pack needed to be here before dark. The combined howl of Dante and Drogo echoed loudly and eerily across the pack territory. Surely they would all come running now....right? As the howl came to an end Drogo sighed calmly and looked around. "Whatever the hunters had killed hopefully they can carry it quickly here. The food before war would be good, but timing is everything right now." His eyes scanned the camp border waiting for the pack to enter. Hopefully with a little bit of food. The black male grew anxious and excited at the same time.

Freya slowly started towards the Anubis pack territory expecting Ashera would follow. She kept her head low then paused when the delta asked how Freya hoped for peace without the war. She wasn't sure how to word her answer properly without sounding like a hopeful pup. "Well, there are plenty of wolves in both packs that would rather not war...... She took a breath trying to collect her thoughts. Why couldn't we all just ban together and combine the packs? Is it really that hard to just live together?" The huntress lifted her head slightly to look to Ashera wanting to see her response. This was why Freya had come to Blackblood, wasn't it? She wanted to see if she could get enough wolves to just join together and not war anymore. The killing was pointless.....and it was taking far too many of their young wolves lives far too soon. So many were dying before they even had the chance to actually live.

Ira was walking around randomly, still annoyed with the delta wolf....no she was annoyed with herself. She sighed and shook her head trying to decide how she would handle the situation when she got back to camp. Before she had moved to far the scent of another wolf caught her attention. She paused and sniffed the air realizing it was her pack mate Comet. Moving in the direction of the hunters scent Ira barked softly. She heard Comet yelling something, so she took off quickly thinking something could be wrong. Maybe it was an Anubis wolf on their territory. She burst into an opening and saw the hunter ahead with her head low. As Ira approached her she saw tears falling down the wolf's face. "Comet?? Is everything ok?" Ira wasn't good at trying to comfort others, but she needed to know what the problem was none the less.

Alec wandered into camp and saw Ashera talking with a strange wolf he didn't recognize. He snorted and shook his head. The new female must have been the reason for the alpha and beta running late to the kill. Alec shrugged and turned his back on the delta and the new wolf. He didn't want to get involved in whatever it was they were doing. Not too mention he didn't want to get stuck with any silly responsibilities that would make him regret approaching them. Instead he headed off towards the river to be by himself. Alec wasn't really sure he felt up to company right now, though things always seemed to take him by surprise.

I was very much relieved to see camp ahead. The weight of this boar was sending a sting of pain into my hurt shoulder. 'Great I'm probably going to have to see the healer.' I roll my eyes at the thought. I was tougher than this. .... After another painful two minutes we finally reached camp where everyone else seemed to be gathered. As we made it into view I looked up at Drogo with my ears perked up and head held high. It wasnt meant as a threat or anything. I knew we were late, but I was proud that we had all this prey to show for our absence. I may have still had some slight annoyance in the back of my mind from none of them coming to help, but I tried not to let that show.

I nod. "Yeah, you're right. Plus why am I arguing. The food could be almost gone by now!" I say with a rushed voice. I hurry over towards the food with Raf. The other wolves were mostly done taking their share. Just a couple were still eating. I lower my stance and slowly move in for some scraps that were nearby. I grab the peice and pull it over to me as soon as it's locked in my teeth. I then dig a small hole under a nearby tree and bury the the good sized chuck of meat. I would dig it back up to take to Cedar when I was done eating. I just wanted to be sure that she had food to eat first. I go back towards the dead carcass to find a piece for me. (I have no idea what prey they are eating or if any wolves even left anything haha)
